02/07/2024: I am coming following unacceptable behavior from one of your employees In fact on September 1 around 4:30 p.m. my partner and her son wanted to eat at the Subway in Puilboreau, as usual she asked for extra pastrami which she asked not to heat. Your employee took an annoyed look to say it was too late and that the pastrami already heated will be charged extra on top of what is going to be added!! My surprised companion was ready to pay the 2 extra to enjoy just one. Accompanied by a comment from your collaborator I site I find this behavior unacceptable, unprofessional and anti-commercial. We are in fact used to coming to your home and this is the first time we have seen this employee. I would ask you to please take our complaint into consideration so that this type of behavior does not happen again, it will damage your image and loyalty to your customers.

27/06/2024: I arrive at 9:30 p.m. (normally closes at 10 p.m.) but there it was closed even though there were several customers waiting outside. No explanation or apology from the staff. Damage. I had to go to the one in town which was very nice.

10/12/2023: If you are a new customer or not a regular customer or not a veteran, don't even bother coming, we'll throw you out and head for the terrace! Bravo for newcomers don't want to come and look elsewhere!

07/07/2024: Petit restaurant à l'accueil ultra sympathique. Très bonne marmite de moules avec des petites pomme de terre en lamelles, dessert maison. La patronne a beaucoup de mérite dans sa petite cuisine avec la chaleur extérieure, nous avions 30°.

21/09/2024: We spent a few days at the Baronnie in September, we were very well received, the staff were friendly and gave very good advice. Steven gave us good advice on small restaurants and activities to do, thank you very much, it was very pleasant! The hotel takes great care with kind touches. The breakfast is complete and very generous. The hotel is quiet and very well located, a stone's throw from the port. With the parking it’s a real plus. The rooms are unusual and pleasant. Thank you it was a good time

24/08/2024: La Baronnie was an excellent choice for our first trip to Île de Ré. Its prime location, combined with beautifully renovated rooms and impeccable service, made our stay truly enjoyable. The hotel's recent renovation ensures that everything is fresh and modern. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the cleaning staff do an excellent job maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. The hotel's lovely garden provides a peaceful time for everyone to relax and enjoy the sunshine or shade. The friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. While our stay was overall fantastic, the only downside was that our room had windows facing the road. The noise from passing by people made it a bit difficult to sleep. We recommend bringing earplugs if you're sensitive to noise. Despite this minor issue, La Baronnie remains a highly recommended hotel for those visiting Île de Ré. Its combination of location, comfort, and service makes it a great choice for a memorable stay.

26/07/2024: HORIVLE SA ARIVE FROID ET QUAND ON LES APPELE SA PROPOSE DE NOUS RE LIVRÉ MAIS C ENCORE FROIS ET IL MANQUERDE LA GARNITURE , DEPUIS QUE SA A CHANGER DE GÉRANT C'EST HORRIBLE

15/05/2024: Endroit sympas, kebab super cher seul le pain est de qualité, manque de sauce, frites j’en parle même pas, 20,60euro pour 2 kebab en menu j’en revient toujours pas, a éviter !

11/08/2024: Very disappointed because my husband had taken chopped steak panini, the steak was not cooked enough, we were with friends she had taken steak panini she had asked for ketchup sauce you put mayo on it, I asked if you took the checks j I had called before I was told yes exceptionally but otherwise no I arrive on site and no we do not take the checks big disappointment there was nothing to say we are very disappointed you are not ready to see us again ma'am 😡😡

08/09/2024: Gastvrij ontvangen en vriendelijk geholpen! De man die ons hielp deed zijn best om ons in het Engels te helpen. Het is er niet echt gezellig zitten, het is meer gericht op afhaal en voor de snelle maar goede hap. De burgers zijn vers bereid en lekker van smaak, de portie patat is goed van formaat en de patat is heerlijk gebakken! Zeker een aanrader.

16/08/2024: Negative comments are abused. We stopped for a beer and a pizza, we were very, very good. Not great cuisine but it was good and the service was top notch.

12/05/2024: Prix sur Internet pour une pizza au fruits de mer 14 euros payer à la livraison 16 euros. Pizza très peut garnie. 6 ou 8 crevettes. Et quelques morceaux de saint Jacques congeler. Très très déçues. Sa fait des années que nous venons à Rochefort c est la première année que nous commandons chez eux mais la dernière très déçue...
