02/07/2024: I am coming following unacceptable behavior from one of your employees
In fact on September 1 around 4:30 p.m. my partner and her son wanted to eat at the Subway in Puilboreau, as usual she asked for extra pastrami which she asked not to heat.
Your employee took an annoyed look to say it was too late and that the pastrami already heated will be charged extra on top of what is going to be added!!
My surprised companion was ready to pay the 2 extra to enjoy just one.
Accompanied by a comment from your collaborator I site
I find this behavior unacceptable, unprofessional and anti-commercial.
We are in fact used to coming to your home and this is the first time we have seen this employee.
I would ask you to please take our complaint into consideration so that this type of behavior does not happen again, it will damage your image and loyalty to your customers.
27/06/2024: I arrive at 9:30 p.m. (normally closes at 10 p.m.) but there it was closed even though there were several customers waiting outside. No explanation or apology from the staff. Damage. I had to go to the one in town which was very nice.

16/09/2024: No service, if I ask for the order in a separate bag it's not for nothing! Especially when they tell me no problem, I take care of it and at the next counter I am told curtly "I don't have time". And for the umpteenth time errors in the order.
15/09/2024: Nothing is right.
Screen terminal doesn't even work so we can't look at what's on offer (no other overall display)
Burger with mayonnaise, really deplorable quality, everything overflows, no taste, cold!!!! It ended up in the trash!!!
For the very few times I went there I have bad memories of it
Even for a Sunday evening repair with nothing in the fridge that doesn't do it.
Fortunately there are others who care a little about what is served to their consumers.
