28/10/2025: If you're looking for a truly delicious burger in a convenient location in Royan, Twinburger is a great place to go. However, don't expect a top-notch experience across the board: some elements (portion size, hygiene, service) can vary. In short: excellent for a gourmet burger, but not perfect for a no-compromise, premium dinner.

25/02/2026: Arrived at the drive-thru at 10:53 PM, no response for 5 minutes. I walked to the payment area and knocked on the glass to place my order, as it was 10:58 PM and the drive-thru closed at 11:00 PM. The employees looked at me but kept walking; the drive-thru employee glanced at me and then went into the back room. Employees went back and forth in the kitchen, but no one came to take my order. I waited until 11:05 PM, but still no one intervened. It's appalling for a fast-food service with fixed hours to act as if the drive-thru is closed 8 minutes before the stated closing time and to ignore customers! The employees are deplorable and unprofessional! Burger King thanks you, because thanks to you, they're getting the customers you don't want to serve during the allotted time.
