11/12/2025: A Chalet in the Mountains! We had a wonderful evening in this unique chalet belonging to L’Atelier de Jacques in Saint-Aubin-sur-Gaillon. (Nope! We're not actually in the mountains!). The setting is truly original; we felt like we were in the mountains, gathered around a fireplace that doubled as a barbecue, like a real fire pit. This experience was made possible thanks to my daughter, who entered a contest organized by L’Atelier de Jacques and won this meal for the whole family (6 people). The meal was delicious, and the staff were very accommodating to our dietary requirements. The wine, especially the champagne served as an aperitif, was excellent. We felt like we were the only ones there, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this enchanting getaway, whether with family or friends. The staff was exceptionally kind. A big thank you to L’Atelier de Jacques!

10/12/2025: A superb, very cozy place. High-quality food. A minor drawback was the selection of petit fours. A typical chalet with a mountain atmosphere.

22/02/2026: Fantastic time! We've known and frequented this establishment for years now, and it's always a pleasure to go. Great cocktails, delicious culinary specialties—there's always something to enjoy :) Yesterday we were able to try their new dish, eggplant with honey, which was divine!

12/03/2026: Update January 2025 Many improvements lately! It's served much hotter and the toppings are there. Not to mention the friendly staff! Keep it up! I just corrected my review, which was written in October 2022 and rejected because of one word... when I edited it, it must have updated to today's date. Indeed, today (June 11, 2023) the hamburgers were perfect. I corrected the review to the right date. After a night shift, I stopped quickly this morning to grab two hamburgers before going to sleep... I was given two hamburgers without onions. I noticed right away since I was about to eat in the car. I returned them, very annoyed (internally) and tired, and politely asked for more. They gave me two more, and I'll let you see what they gave me in the photo! You love to make fun of people, your nerve is unbelievable! I'm a regular and I've always been polite, but next time I'll be a bit more forceful because you can't rip people off like that, raising prices and putting two tiny bits of toppings in your hamburgers every time! Shame on you!

25/01/2026: A warm welcome. There were two of us. We had a very good meal. The decor and atmosphere were very nice 👍. The service was very professional and pleasant. The Americano appetizer was a great success (that's rare... 😂). In short, we weren't disappointed at all. Top-notch prices and service!!!! ❤️ I highly recommend it.

20/01/2026: Weekday lunch, simple and efficient set menu on a chalkboard. It was very good and cost 15 euros for a starter, main course and dessert!

25/11/2025: A small, unpretentious, friendly brasserie where you can have a quick and good lunch (like we did) at very reasonable prices.
