20/08/2026: I've been ordering from El Baraka for several years, about twice a week, spending around €35 ​​per order. Until now, I've been a regular and loyal customer. Last night, I was unfortunately very disappointed with my order: the chicken and fillet were far too overcooked and very salty. In my taco, I ordered cordon bleu and tandoori chicken, and again, it was extremely salty, to the point that I couldn't eat it. I also had a stomach ache for a good part of the night. What disappoints me most is the way my complaint was handled. I contacted them this morning to explain the situation and simply ask if they could offer some kind of compensation. I even offered to show them the remaining taco. They told me they couldn't do anything. I find this really unfortunate after several years of loyalty. Especially since they regularly forget to include the sauce with the chilies/jalapenos in my orders, which I've reported to them several times. I wasn't necessarily asking for a full refund, just a gesture of goodwill given the situation and my loyalty. Unfortunately, faced with this lack of consideration, I will no longer be ordering from them. I'm very disappointed, as I was a regular customer.

19/08/2026: Good evening! This was my first time here with my family. We ordered two tacos, one Wapp, and three Timirasou. Everything was delicious, no complaints whatsoever. And the service was fantastic, with a smile. We'll be back to recommend you. Thank you, and see you soon!
