27/07/2026: Terrible service with far too long a wait. No staff on a Saturday night. And they kept asking for the menu, which we hadn't even bothered to order from. We ordered sorbets for dessert (a simple dessert straight from the freezer), which we waited for but never received, etc., so we left the restaurant. The waitress had a mocking smile and offered no apology. We were very disappointed.

06/10/2025: The service is amazing, it's delicious, you really have to try it, you won't regret it. They always greet you with a smile. I recommend it 100%! It's always a delight to eat there, the staff are top-notch, and they even fill your sandwich!

16/07/2026: We went to the deli counter; the section was awful: black Frankfurt, dried-out liver pâté, stale sauerkraut. The shelf was almost empty, making it unappealing.
13/07/2026: I go to Christine's or Estelle's checkout because they are friendly, fast and professional cashiers, thank you to them because it is with staff like them that a company can run, keep it up girls.

24/05/2026: We stopped for a drink this Sunday, bright sunshine, we wanted to go to the terrace, bam, 60 cents more to be outside, she offered to refund me and stay outside, no, the sun is shining and we want to be able to smoke, the lady's response was "you can't have everything", bravo for the price of three drinks, no wonder people don't go out anymore.

27/07/2026: Quick service for a 1 p.m. arrival on a weekday. Hot meal and nothing was forgotten.
The children's play structure is not suitable for children under 3 or 4 years old because it involves very large steps to climb up and down. Parking is difficult due to limited spaces, but other parking options are available opposite or nearby.

28/07/2026: I ordered a New York-style chicken bacon wrap for takeout and received a hot sauce wrap instead. Unacceptable! Very disappointed. It would be good to pay more attention to the ingredients when preparing your wraps. Frankly, I do not recommend it. Avoid at all costs!
27/07/2026: It's depressing, everyone's bitter. It's one thing you don't want to smile, but at least provide cooked fries, not mashed potatoes. Are napkins and ice cream spoons extra? No, because honestly, paying more and more for less and less in quantity and quality is ridiculous. Should we just close up shop?

05/07/2026: We ordered three caramel sundaes for drive-thru, and when we got home, there was no caramel topping, just a tiny layer of ice cream about 3 cm thick.
We even have to check the contents of our food now!
