25/07/2026: I haven't eaten meat for two years, and on two separate occasions, after ordering the vegetarian burger, I was served meat. I realized it too late because you shouldn't have to check if the VEGETARIAN meal you ordered is actually vegetarian. Once might be an honest mistake, but for it to happen a second time is shameful. This kind of experience only happened to me at this McDonald's, and I can assure you that neither I nor my family will ever set foot in it again. If you want to eat meat from animals raised in cruel and intensive conditions, go ahead, but please respect the morals of others.

19/08/2026: A loyal customer for many years, I was very disappointed with the customer service today at 3:45 PM, August 19th. It was very crowded, with very few registers, and none of them were even open for express checkout. We went to the customer service desk to pay for two items (for €2.24) and, as we were being advised, some customers in the same line as us were annoyed that we were waiting behind them with just two items while their shopping carts were full. We were turned away because apparently they now only process payments for flowers (this is new!!). The other customers in the same line as us were all surprised that we had come back to join them after being turned away. Yet, usually, we see people being paid for items other than flowers. In this case, they should put up a sign saying "only payments for flowers are authorized." Don't forget to tell customers where the special deli items and the special chips are located... What's disturbing about this situation is that you see brave students at the checkout scanning items every minute with long queues, while others, showing no solidarity with their colleagues and the waiting customers, sit in groups of three chatting with their arms crossed on the reception counter. Really disappointed and annoyed. P.S. Seriously, put up a sign.

20/08/2026: I've been ordering from El Baraka for several years, about twice a week, spending around €35 ​​per order. Until now, I've been a regular and loyal customer. Last night, I was unfortunately very disappointed with my order: the chicken and fillet were far too overcooked and very salty. In my taco, I ordered cordon bleu and tandoori chicken, and again, it was extremely salty, to the point that I couldn't eat it. I also had a stomach ache for a good part of the night. What disappoints me most is the way my complaint was handled. I contacted them this morning to explain the situation and simply ask if they could offer some kind of compensation. I even offered to show them the remaining taco. They told me they couldn't do anything. I find this really unfortunate after several years of loyalty. Especially since they regularly forget to include the sauce with the chilies/jalapenos in my orders, which I've reported to them several times. I wasn't necessarily asking for a full refund, just a gesture of goodwill given the situation and my loyalty. Unfortunately, faced with this lack of consideration, I will no longer be ordering from them. I'm very disappointed, as I was a regular customer.

19/08/2026: Good evening! This was my first time here with my family. We ordered two tacos, one Wapp, and three Timirasou. Everything was delicious, no complaints whatsoever. And the service was fantastic, with a smile. We'll be back to recommend you. Thank you, and see you soon!

25/08/2026: The children's play area is in a deplorable state. The last major cleaning was on 19/08/2025. One wonders if the area is cleaned in the meantime. The children come out covered in grime; the floor is sticky and black. I think the manager of the McDonald's in Hain could pay more attention to cleanliness.

22/08/2026: Due to a service error, we had to go downstairs to fix it. However, the blame was placed on us because we had put the controls on the same stand. Our reprimand was, and I quote, "It says on the terminals not to put them on the same stand." But it's not written anywhere. Mistakes happen, but you just need to be polite to the person and things go much more smoothly.

23/08/2026: Ordered a Chicago meal. Fast and efficient service. Clean and pleasant patio. I recommend it.

05/08/2026: The food is good as usual. The staff is very friendly. The chairs aren't very comfortable. The restaurant was practically empty when we arrived. I find the restaurants very dirty: overflowing garbage, very dirty floor. The tables and chairs stick to your arms and legs; be careful when washing the fry containers.

27/08/2026: That's abnormal, no ice cream at 11:45 because they were cleaning the machine during lunch breaks. Plus, there were only two cars in total with a 20-minute wait. I ordered as many as I could, and the box of fries was only half full.

23/08/2026: The staff was friendly, especially Camille who took great care of our group. Some of the fries could have used a little more salt, but overall it was good.
