29/07/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant.
The ravioli were absolutely delicious.
We also really enjoyed the lentil and smoked trout appetizer. It just needed a touch more salt and pepper to perfect the seasoning, but we managed to fix that.
The only slight drawback was the pork chop, which looked beautiful but was a little dry.
For an aperitif, I highly recommend the Americano; it was exceptionally well-prepared.
The service was also perfect.
Thank you for everything.

16/07/2026: Before, there were no problems, but now it's over for us.
A team that thinks it's above and below the customers, especially young ones.
They don't respect customer requests, especially if you have food allergies.
We have to come in person and they treat us like idiots until we point out the problem.
The previous team knew how to take care of the customer and, above all, to be mindful of their allergies.

29/05/2026: So I'm giving it 5 stars for everything: the food, the service, the atmosphere, the very nice setting. The outdoor courtyard is fantastic, and with this heat, it's so nice to be able to eat outside, even on weekend evenings. You can get charcuterie boards, salads, homemade fries, and to finish, a delicious chocolate fondant. Everything is homemade! It's top-notch!

25/03/2026: Fantastic experience! The granita was a 10/10, and the sandwich was a 10/10 too. The pasta with cheese was delicious. The trainees are attentive to your requests and are friendly, generous, and very welcoming. Best sandwich ever!
I recommend it if you don't have much time and are feeling a bit peckish.
Try it if you're passing by or if you're going to school! 🤭👍🏻 Review by Aya, who will soon be 10 years old.

09/07/2026: Disappointed by this place. There's very little homemade food, for example, the fries... The hamburger was very sparsely filled, the thin ground beef patty was overcooked and very dry because it was precooked, and the egg mayonnaise was overcooked... Even the Caesar salad was mediocre and surprising because it contained grated Gruyère cheese (dried out, of course 😢).
I didn't see a single dish that looked like the photos on the MAPS page. The quality/price ratio is completely unacceptable.

07/09/2026: McDonald's is disgusting, the hygiene is deplorable. You usually wait 30 minutes to be served, and often you don't get your entire order. When they call your name, you can't hear anything; you always have to ask them to repeat themselves. I'm extremely disappointed.

15/08/2026: We stumbled upon this brasserie and were not disappointed by the quality of the dishes we ordered!
This is truly excellent home cooking where the side dishes are just as good as the main courses! I had the salmon tartare with braised endives and mashed potatoes: it's the first time I've ever had such excellent braised endives! The mashed potatoes were equally delicious. The chocolate fondant had a wonderfully gooey center!
We highly recommend it!

Meats cooked to order. Generous desserts. The profiteroles were heavenly!
The terrace was a bit noisy, but that's typical of Pacy-sur-Eure.
