08/05/2026: Zero. Completely overwhelmed. (15 people) Half the menu items are missing. A dog eating a burger inside, right on a table... no. How can hygiene be maintained?

07/05/2026: The service and quality are steadily declining. There's always something missing from the order. The employees would do well to see how things are done elsewhere (in Langon, for example). The managers aren't any better. They don't even respond to customer complaints. Several times now, we haven't been able to scan our ID, so points are lost! Tonight, the drive-thru was closed at 10:25 PM, and the staff told us to hurry up while taking our order inside. You should have seen the look on the young employees' faces when we arrived. On top of that, they were condescending. They were in a hurry to get off work. They were supposedly having problems. It's true, there are always issues at this fast food place. As for the wait, what can I say? The only one who is decent, polite, serious, and competent is Timeo. Kudos to him, hoping he can stick it out and doesn't leave! Although, he surely deserves better...
