They're missing a chef de partie with some authority.
After a certain hour, the pretzels are practically rock hard.
I'm exaggerating a little!
The bread selection is limited, and there's practically no choice anymore.
I won't even get into the issue of smiles and other courtesies!
I'll have to make a decision soon...
