26/01/2026: Thank you to Lauren for her disastrous way of speaking to customers (and her colleagues). We came with friends to pick up our breakfast at 10:00 AM. Since we attend school right next door, we're regular customers. We usually eat in because we have a 20-minute break. Last year, we went to the "takeaway" line, but we were asked to go to the "eat-in" line because we also order hot drinks. On January 26, 2026, we were placing our order when Lauren ORDERED us to go to the "takeaway" line while her colleague (a very professional young man) was serving us. I didn't think someone could be so unpleasant over a simple order. I see that in this establishment, students on work-study programs can't use their break to eat in... Please coordinate the organization; we couldn't have known.

25/01/2026: Just so you know, products that aren't fresh that day are immediately noticeable to a loyal clientele, so please stop this, otherwise we'll go elsewhere. Simply put, what you sell that day is great. If you want to sell items that aren't sold the next day, put them in your designated basket at the entrance, clearly marked as they were the day before. Otherwise, you're simply taking advantage of your own customers, and this has happened several times. I can name several products that you shamelessly put back the next day. Unbelievable, but true.
