17/08/2026: I've been coming to this kebab shop regularly for quite some time, but I'm really disappointed to see a decline in quality lately. Several times, my order has been incorrect or missing items, even though I've always clearly specified what I wanted.
The quality of the food and especially the order preparation also seem to have decreased. It's a shame, because I used to really enjoy coming here and I've never had this kind of problem before. I sincerely hope things will improve, because I'd like to continue coming regularly.
17/08/2026: Very good. Not too greasy. Inexpensive. There's a wait at lunchtime because it's so popular. => They've reorganized and it's much smoother than before!

16/05/2026: Honestly, it was a disaster. I ate there and a few hours later I had severe food poisoning: stomach pains, nausea, and I couldn't sleep all night. I don't know how they store their food, but something was clearly wrong. Plus, the hygiene of the place didn't inspire confidence. First and last time for me. Be careful before eating there.

24/08/2026: You can't just tell us to go to the drive-thru and then say we can't get McDonald's if we're on foot. We were insulted at the kiosk while we waited, and you let everyone else go ahead.
The manager literally verbally insulted us. You can't verbally insult people and then refuse to serve us with such aggression. And on top of that, it was because we don't have a car at the moment. If we ever treat you like this, my partner and I will never react the way you did. It's not right.
When we went to a nearby kebab shop in Villeneuve, they told us the problem is recurring at their Cugnaux location.
03/08/2026: I ended up at home with something fishy when I had ordered a bacon guy.
