26/04/2026: I just had lunch with my family on the terrace, thanks to a reservation made by my daughter who lives in Toulouse. I wasn't disappointed at all; the service was impeccable, professional, and attentive. The food was beautifully presented and, most importantly, delicious, from the appetizers and shellfish to the meat. Everything was cooked exactly as we requested. To complement the meal, the wines we tasted were perfect. All this for a reasonable price for a Sunday in Toulouse. I will definitely be back. Reservations are essential.

07/01/2026: Sixta exceeded my expectations. I read the previous reviews and was excited to find a true vegan restaurant. I ordered, “velouté de carottes et lentilles vertes, granola salé gingembre, huile verte” as an entree. Without exaggeration this was the best meal that I have had during a two week holiday in France. Beyond the excellent food and the cozy atmosphere the staff were warm and welcoming. I highly recommended this to anyone who observing a vegan diet.

04/05/2026: Absolutely perfect! We chose this restaurant based on the many positive reviews and we weren't disappointed! The meal was excellent from start to finish. The flavors were perfectly balanced (which is all the more remarkable given the unusual combinations of ingredients, making them difficult to achieve such a high level of skill), and they were truly out of the ordinary. Everything is homemade, and you can taste the difference; the ingredients were fresh and delicious. The service was impeccable, the staff very pleasant and attentive. There was virtually no wait between courses (literally only the cooking and preparation time, nothing more), but that didn't mean we felt rushed at all—quite the opposite! We were able to chat at our leisure and were even the last to leave… and no one came to hurry us or ask us to rush (which, given the time, would have been more than understandable). The time flew by, and we thank the entire team for their kindness. The value for money is truly remarkable, both for the portion sizes and the entire menu. And the cocktails are some of the best I've ever tasted! The ratings are more than deserved; we'll gladly return :)

03/05/2026: This restaurant has something unique about it: for the duration of a meal, the hustle and bustle of everyday life gently fades away, giving way to a suspended moment, almost timeless. 1/ The cuisine is distinguished by a certain elegance and controlled creativity. Daring to use olives in a dessert is a rare audacity, brilliantly executed here. As for the ravioli, they seduce with their delicacy and balance. 2/ The decor, both simple and warm, creates a welcoming atmosphere. The stone walls and furniture are authentic. Admittedly, a discreet piece of tape left behind after painting reminds us that everything isn't frozen in perfection… but that's also what makes the place charming. 3/ Finally, the service perfectly completes the experience. A big thank you to Callum, whose attentiveness and kindness greatly contributed to the quality of this moment. His presence, both discreet and efficient, as well as his thoughtful attention; This little jar of sweet olive tapenade... pfff, what can I say? In short, a place where you come as much for the good food as for soaking up the particularly pleasant atmosphere.

Everything is well thought out, but I get the impression that the people who frequent this place haven't understood that a 'calm' atmosphere would be more suitable. So it can get a bit noisy when it's busy.

31/03/2026: A delightful tea room, a very warm welcome! We ordered a whole cake a bit last minute, but they were kind enough to make it for us! An incredible banoffee pie! We had been there before, and the other cakes are splendid—not too sweet and incredibly generous! Congratulations on the key lemon pie, which is indescribable but must be tasted as soon as possible!

05/04/2026: Honestly, a disastrous experience at George and the Dragon. My best friend and I had a simple dream: to sing karaoke. We prepared for it for months, arriving among the first (yes, even to watch a football match we weren't interested in at all) just to make sure we got a spot. The result? A two-hour wait for… nothing. The system is completely absurd: a QR code that's literally only open for a few seconds. It's impossible to register in time. And yet, as if by magic, people who arrived much later were able to sing. Some didn't even use the QR code. Coincidence? We think not. It clearly looks like favoritism—if you're not friends with the organizer, forget it. We even spoke to him (separately!) and were told to wait for the next QR code… which, once again, closed in a few seconds due to a saturated connection. Meanwhile, others get in without any problem. It's incomprehensible and frankly unfair. And to top it all off: the songs chosen weren't even karaoke classics, but long, boring tracks. Great atmosphere… This isn't even the first time this has happened. Third visit, same scenario. Each time, we leave frustrated, feeling like we've wasted our evening (and our money, because we bought drinks thinking we'd be able to sing). Conclusion: huge disappointment. We won't be back, and we strongly advise against this place for karaoke. Unless you're friends with the organizer, you're more likely to leave feeling excluded and frustrated. A ruined evening, plain and simple.
