07/09/2024: I order an Italian salad to go at the drive-thru, and they give me a box with salad leaves and that's it. I didn't check on site when I opened the box. Bad surprise once I got home. In addition, the guy at the checkout at the drive-thru did not give me the receipt for the order. A shame. CAN PLEASE remind your employees to CHECK orders. It's becoming really PAINFUL, before there was no need to check, but now you have to count the items in the drive-thru order, now you're not going to tell me that I'm going to have to open them to check????
