21/03/2026: The best French food I’ve had. The hosts are a lovely couple, the wife is in service and the husband is the chef. They are adorable and very polite. It is obvious they love what they do and they look after the customers well! I’ve had the best tartiflette in this place!!

18/05/2026: Good food. The bread sometimes feels large for the entirety of the burger but the taste is very good. We had the halloumi and the veggie spicy killi. Really recommend the Poco Loco sauce to compliment your burger or sides.
16/05/2026: A small restaurant where you can eat all kinds of burgers, both mountain-style and classic.
The place is quite cramped, so you quickly feel crowded.
The staff speaks almost no French, which can be surprising at first.

11/05/2026: This place has a great atmosphere, the kind you can't create on purpose or duplicate. It attracts locals and tourists alike. We have a great time every time we go there. The food and in-house brewed beer are great, and the staff is excellent!
11/05/2026: The best place I’ve been to in Chamonix. Tourists and locals frequent which is always a great sign. Their house made beer is fantastic, food was great, and the service was perfect. Chatted with the manager as well and he was awesome.
I don’t usually leave reviews but had to for this. Will come back next time I’m in Chamonix!

05/07/2026: Sunday lunch at 6 a.m. Polite but somewhat impersonal welcome and service. We ordered the daily specials with the salad/cheese buffet. Very good and reasonably priced for the location.
23/06/2026: We sat down on a whim. We had a panachée and French fries. Those fries were good!! Best fries I ever had — I am not kidding. So I decided to leave a review.

10/06/2026: What an awful McDonald’s. The restaurant was pretty much empty when I visited, yet it still took 15 minutes to prepare my meal. The manager was preparing it and seemed completely uninterested and unapologetic. He just dragged his feet around the back and couldn’t be bothered to provide basic customer service. Perhaps he should be looking for other line of work because this job clearly isn’t for him.
10/06/2026: McDonald's will live on!
When you're in a tourist city and don't know what to eat, McDonald's is always the safest choice. Transparent pricing, consistent taste, and peace of mind. Especially in places like Chamonix where restaurants are generally expensive, McDonald's feels incredibly welcoming.

12/12/2025: Review of the shop only: superb selection of quality coffees, I've become a regular customer.
The quality and taste of the chocolate are truly top-notch 👍 Finally, real chocolate! I especially love the Espresso coffee bar and the dark chocolate/ginger bar ❤️
Bonus: they sometimes have promotions on products nearing their expiration date 👍
09/12/2025: The coffee is always cold and sometimes bad… For a roaster, that's a real shame.
And then there's the endless wait… there are four of them working to make three coffees, and you wait ages… If I didn't have to come because my family lives nearby, I'd go somewhere else! Avoid it. What saves them somewhat is the location.

03/07/2026: The Chamonix Valley isn't cheap, and that's fine and well-known, but this restaurant really takes the cake. A cup of coffee from a cheap vending machine (and very poor quality) will cost you 5 euros. A draft beer 7.60, etc. The setting is beautiful, but the prices aren't okay for what you get. And to use the toilet, you have to go to the cable car...

16/03/2024: This is a banging place to go with plenty of live music and entertainment plus generous measures on shorts. Get there early as aprés starts at 1730 and the place gets rammed. The atmosphere is friendly and party party party, if you want to join in the dancing on the tables this is the place for you. No trouble just a great time. Staff fantastic too.
