27/03/2026: How can we describe the experience we just had with Peter and Sylvie... a truly timeless moment! Two hours in a bubble, a discovery made almost by chance, initially drawn by the menu of delicious dishes offered outside... with only four seats advertised inside, we decided to try our luck at having lunch. We were welcomed by Peter and immersed in Sylvie's kitchen, where she described each dish. Everything looked tempting, but we had to choose! We opted for a specialty, the Alpine bowl, oh my goodness... a delight! We also had the chance to taste Peter's chocolate... Not just any chocolate, a treat for the taste buds, an experience, a pleasure to hear the story of this authentic, closely guarded recipe—and for good reason, there's nothing else like it, the perfect balance of flavor and creaminess without being overly sweet. A tasting not to be missed when strolling through the old town! More than just a meal, we had the pleasure of sharing a truly special moment with this charming and touching duo...full of humanity and kindness, who welcome you as if you were family and passionately share moments from their story and projects with a smile. 30/03/2026: This restaurant is a hidden amazing gem of Morzine. The food is incredible - and a very welcome break from the traditional mountain food of a French ski resort. Being from NYC / London, this food could easily be a successful restaurant in a major global city. Service was great and super helpful to squeeze us in. Ambiance and vibe were excellent. Everything was delicious - but if you feel like you desperately need some vegetables for a break from the other Morzine restaurants - order the broccoli and the carrots!

17/03/2026: We had dinner at the Ferme de Cupelin restaurant. It was our first time there since the new owners took over. We were surprised to find a set menu of either 6 or 8 courses. We chose the 6-course option. The food was of good quality and well-presented, but we were a little disappointed with the accompanying jus and sauces, as they lacked flavor. The service was very professional, but we preferred the kindness and friendliness of the previous owners. The staff was a bit rushed. We had a pleasant time overall. In previous years, we were regular customers, but with the new management, we might not return.

06/04/2026: We had a great time at this restaurant. There's parking in front of the restaurant, and across the street, there's a free parking lot. The menu is extensive, the dishes are good, the staff is friendly, and the service is quick. There's an outdoor terrace with a playhouse for children. The only downside was the lack of baby changing facilities in the restrooms.

30/10/2025: Overall, the food is pretty good. However, the prices are high for this type of cuisine. A croziflette made with 50% cream isn't exceptional, and meat cooked to a medium-rare instead of rare isn't ideal either. Regarding the service, there are areas for improvement. Responding with "yes" doesn't give a very professional impression, especially considering the price of the service. Furthermore, the welcome leaves something to be desired: no one seats us, so we have to sit alone. There's no drinks menu, which makes the prices mysterious until the bill. For example, €3.40 for a simple syrup is quite surprising. The atmosphere, however, is limited: only two high tables with chairs that are too small, which isn't very comfortable for eating. The tables are also too small, which further complicates the experience. If the dishes were offered at €10, I would have nothing to complain about, but at that price, it's excessive.

16/10/2025: Very good food. Two friendly people. Fast service. Just a little cold inside because the door remains open for their terrace service. We weren't upstairs. Good time. We had a great time.

27/08/2025: An absolutely unforgettable experience! Nestled in the heart of the Alps, this restaurant is a true gem. The view is breathtaking, each dish is a journey for the taste buds, and the welcome is as warm as it is sincere. You can feel the passion in each plate, fresh products enhanced with talent and creativity. I envy those who live nearby and can go there regularly... it's an address we would like to keep secret, but which deserves to be known to everyone.

20/03/2026: On the 19th, the weather was perfect... bright sunshine on the slopes. The mountain restaurant was very welcoming, with friendly staff and owners alike. Classic dishes like omelets, steak tartare, and pork chops were served in generous portions. Ideal for refueling after a morning of skiing. Thank you to Christelle and Alex and the whole team.

27/02/2026: A fantastic spot in Saint-Jean-d'Aulps! A warm welcome, a cheerful atmosphere, and delicious food. Special mention for the spicy pizza and the local IBEX beer. A superb family experience; we'll gladly return next winter!

18/02/2026: We ordered a cheese fondue that had a strong garlic taste, and it wasn't mentioned on the menu that the fondue contained so much garlic. A friend has an allergy, and we asked to change it, but the waitress refused and was rude, as if we were supposed to know. We ordered another dish because she wouldn't change the fondue. In the end, she wanted to charge us for all the dishes. We found the food to be of poor quality.

01/03/2026: We stayed at the hostel; the rooms are spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable. The restaurant is excellent, with delicious homemade dishes. Breakfast is plentiful, with sweet and/or savory options available upon request. Finally, the owners are incredibly welcoming and very interesting. Absolutely perfect!
