14/04/2026: Ate here twice with my wife and 14 months old todler. No issues with service even with additional requirements for toddler (unsalted fries, underseasoned pasta etc.) Nice and profesional crew inside, tasty food and reasonable prices. Worth to visit for sure.

11/04/2026: The food here is by far the best Asian menu in Morzine, with great cocktails to accompany. The beer selection is also worth a visit for. So good you'll be coming back again!
30/03/2026: This restaurant is a hidden amazing gem of Morzine. The food is incredible - and a very welcome break from the traditional mountain food of a French ski resort. Being from NYC / London, this food could easily be a successful restaurant in a major global city. Service was great and super helpful to squeeze us in. Ambiance and vibe were excellent. Everything was delicious - but if you feel like you desperately need some vegetables for a break from the other Morzine restaurants - order the broccoli and the carrots!

22/04/2026: A very good experience at Satellite Coffee in Morzine.
I stopped by on a Sunday morning to get a matcha to go, and it was the perfect way to start the day. Nothing beats a good matcha 🍵
The price was reasonable, which is typical for this type of drink in a coffee shop. However, I was a little disappointed with the medium cup; I expected it to be full, but unfortunately, it wasn't completely full.
For the milk, you have two options: cow's milk or plant-based milk.
I took the opportunity to stroll around town in the sunshine with my drink—a really relaxing moment. A great place for a simple and enjoyable break.

30/03/2026: We came to celebrate a birthday, but we mostly tested our patience…
We arrived on time → waited 15 minutes completely ignored, not even a glass of water. The welcome was nonexistent.
We ordered fondues, clearly explaining the quantities → the restaurant decided to do its own thing and changed the order without warning. The result: inconsistent portions, identical fondue pots… either they were improvising, or hoping we wouldn't notice.
We asked for an explanation → the waiter vanished. Literally. Houdini, but without the show.
The drinks? Forgotten. We had to ask for them; apparently, they were optional.
And the food… the fondue was so acidic we wondered if it was a dish or a cleaning product. The charcuterie was on par with school cafeteria fare on a dreary Monday.
All this for a hefty price, though that, on the other hand, was perfectly reasonable.
In short, nonexistent service, disorganized, and questionable quality.
At this point, it's no longer a restaurant, it's an experience.
Avoid it, unless you enjoy paying a lot to be ignored.

We shared the raclette for two.
Very good.
A minor point about the charcuterie 😉
Perhaps the selection could be rebalanced.
- less potato
- less cheese 🧀
- more charcuterie
Also, a wider selection of white wine by the glass would be appreciated.
We had a very pleasant time.
01/03/2026: Avoid this place at all costs. An absolute mis steak.
Six of us went in for a steak dinner and, in the spirit of unity, all ordered the same cut. Sensible, we thought. What arrived at the table looked less like six identical meals and more like a butcher’s lucky dip. Each one cooked differently. Not artistically differently. Accidentally differently.
As for texture, I have known ski boots with a gentler bite. One of them could have patched a puncture. Another required the jaw strength of a dockworker. Not one of them was what you would call enjoyable.
We mentioned, politely, that the steaks were not exactly edible. The floor manager reacted as if we had insulted the entire farming industry. Instead of a simple apology, we got the full routine. Defensive. Dismissive. Slightly theatrical.
What followed felt less like customer service and more like a negotiation with a Venetian bead merchant who’s spotted a tourist. Lots of talking. Lots of shrugging. A bit of “this is how it’s meant to be”. You could almost see the script being flicked through in his head.
After far more back and forth than a steak dinner deserves, we managed to get two refunded. Two out of six. The rest, apparently, were fine in their eyes. Funny that.
By then we were bored of it. Left hungry, slightly stitched up, and wondering how a restaurant manages to get steak that wrong.
The only saving grace is that this was the one and only bad meal we had in Morzine. Everywhere else was excellent. So enjoy the town there’s plenty of good choices . Give this place a wide berth unless you fancy a chewing marathon..

07/03/2026: A hidden gem - really friendly owners who were very welcoming. Food was delicious. Location is out of the way and therefore quieter than other, more obvious places. And (as far as I know) the only place to find a Bombardino in the Portes du Soleil!!

28/04/2024: Endroit avec une Belle infra structure un dîner bon mais servi sans sel ni poivre pire sans pain une barmaid et une serveuse sans le sourire , avec un accueil sans chaleur qui nous a montrer notre table du doigt à l autre bout du bowling . Ces 2 personnes avaient l air épuisées à 19h 30 !!!
Quel dommage dans un si bel endroit dont le patron fait l effort de rester ouvert en inter-saison et fin de saison . Allez les filles la vie n est pas si triste , d autant que vos clients ne l’oublions pas , sont en vacances !!!

07/04/2024: Passé l'impression de confinement (il n'y a pas de fenêtre), vous trouverez un espace cosy, sans le bruit des établissement de la station. Les plats sont excellents (agneau de 7 heures, ravioles et tournedos) et les desserts du même ordre (balade en foret et souvenir d'Alex). C'est très fin ! Le service est attentionné. Un excellente surprise !
