11/01/2024: During an outing in Buëch, our hungry stomachs led us to this restaurant. At the entrance the menu was displayed with the dish of the day “venison stew and its accompaniment”, but once at the table there was none left. I should point out that we arrived at 11:50 a.m. at the start of the lunch service. Then the plates arrived and there was 70% salad (lettuce leaves), and 30% main course + side dish. The dishes are cold, a white hair in the sauce (spoiler: we were all brown), two tiny pieces of meat, bread from intermarché. In short, frankly, you might as well go hunting deer yourself, it will go faster and you will have more to eat, for MUCH cheaper, because the two pieces of meat cost €16.50.

09/10/2023: We thought we would stop at a really nice little terrace. The lady seats us ok... The boss, we suppose, really received us badly. We didn't stay anyway. Damage

02/04/2024: Loved the hotel. For a last minute snowboarding trip the hotel was perfectly placed for the lift. The members of staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the owner extremely pleasant. The food was amazing! For the money you can spend on self catering and eating out, half board is the way to go and the menu and food on offer was consistently better and more enjoyable than any of the restaurants I visited on my last trip to Chantemerle in January. I will definitely be back next year! A*

28/02/2024: This hotel practices overbooking! They canceled our reservation on the day of arrival at the resort, during the school holiday period. The receptionist was very embarrassed but unable to help us. The managers, despite our insistence, never bothered to call back. Fortunately the tourist office was resourceful. To avoid... while waiting for practices and those responsible to change!

28/10/2023: Very nice place to eat. Good food, reasonable prices, live music, entertaining staff. They only have place to eat at the outside so bring a jacket. But the view while eating from the terrace is really nice.

17/09/2023: I almost never post reviews. But I simply wanted to thank this person who served me by sharing a review that reflects the time I spent in his restaurant. This person was very pleasant, and the food served was very appreciated. I wanted to wait to experience the "open stage" concert evening, which is happening this evening, in this same very nice place, to be able to describe it in my review. But hey, given the spread that I'm writing, if I also describe the evening we're not finished 🤣!... But more seriously, I already want to give it 5 stars. So whatever. Really, a very pleasant way of welcoming and speaking. Very friendly. I felt like I was one of his friends. A big thank you Sir for your attitude and your way of being. I can't wait for the open stage evening tonight. Which promises to be crazy with drums, sax, guitar, singing... delighted to come across an event like that by chance. Quite a surprise!
