15/04/2026: Disgusted every time I go here, something's missing from my order. Yesterday, April 14th, around 8:05 PM, the four people in front of me were missing something from their orders, and to make matters worse, the cashier swapped my order with someone else's, picking it up from the other customer's car. We don't know what was touched in the meantime, but half the fries were missing, and most importantly, there was no Big Mac. I didn't have time to check; I was in a hurry. So, 15 euros wasted for just fries and a McFlurry. I'm never going back.

14/04/2026: I just ordered a large wrap... If I didn't want to work and had no respect for anyone, I would have done the same thing: thrown it in my pocket, ingredients on top, without sealing the wrapper, and of course, cold! But maybe I wouldn't have been as skilled as you to do the same with the fries. It's a total lack of respect for the customers, but also for your colleagues who are trying hard to do things properly.
