18/05/2026: By far one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at! The food was excellent; absolutely everything was flavorful, and every taste was delightful.
The service was impeccable. Everything was served promptly and carefully, giving you time to enjoy your cocktail and appetizers before the soup. There was a very comfortable amount of time between courses—neither too long nor too short. (Silver cutlery was a real bonus for me 👌🏻🥰)
The dining room was warm and inviting. A truly wonderful discovery!

18/01/2026: What a disappointment! It's a shame the Sunday menu doesn't live up to the daily specials served during the week. The choice is very limited, and there's no way to customize it to individual tastes. For example, removing the goat cheese from a hamburger and replacing it with a little Emmental would have been a better idea than serving the same hamburger with nothing else. The Caribbean, Colonel, and mint ice creams were excellent.
18/01/2026: The rib steak à la carte, served with sachets of mayo and ketchup, at €55, deserved a homemade Roquefort sauce, barbecue sauce...

We had reserved a table for 15 people around 8 pm. Some arrived at 8:35 pm, others were still stuck on the road because of the farmers.
From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was icy: we immediately felt like we were intruding.
The waitress curtly announced: “It’ll be a straight course.” That’s professionalism for you.
As a restaurant owner myself, this kind of attitude is simply unacceptable and I would never tolerate it in my establishment.

13/05/2026: Hello: I ordered a children's meal for my grandson and chicken nuggets for myself.
After a long wait, despite the drive-thru being completely deserted, someone handed me a brown bag containing everything mixed together, saying, "This is fine for me."
So I got out of the car to ask for the box meant for the children's meals and the toy. They gave me a box. When I got home, oops... they had forgotten the dessert... So we got back in the car and drove all the way back.... And unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened, whether in Ibos or Bordères-sur-l'Échez.
It's a real shame....

For over six months you've been giving the same excuse to your so-called employee from the East. Fire her once and for all. Your customers will slowly disappear. Get your staff back on track; portion sizes are getting smaller, there's almost no respect, and the servers are mocking customers—it makes people not want to go back. Avoid this place.

Easy place to find, with 2 charging stations for electric vehicles (high power).
A possibility of an evening stopover where the boss/chef prepares succulent, very hearty dishes for you.
Sympathy is in order.
The rooms are simple and clean, nothing has ever shocked me when coming several times.
Good value for money.

31/08/2024: Really very good, atypical and surprising. We arrived after 8 p.m. a courteous text message explained to us how to collect our key (very simply) very nice room, very clean and spacious. . We met the bosses who are caring. Perfect for us to do again. See you soon

Unsanitary room... disgusting pool.
Filthy curtains... disgusting bathroom... we left; there was no way I was going to sleep in this DUMP with my child.
No refund possible, they're thieves.
I had to pay for two hotels for one night...
Thank you to the management for stealing from people who just want to have a good time.
