28/08/2026: The food is good. As usual. But it would be even better if, when we asked for an ingredient that was open in the display case, we could actually get it. Two salad bins, one mixed green and red lettuce and one iceberg lettuce. Both were open and available. They are two different ingredients. "I can't give you that lettuce, I have to finish the first one." Okay, but it's open? The waitress then ignored us when we pointed out that they were indeed two different ingredients. She took the iceberg lettuce from the fresh produce and left it on the counter without answering us, thus forcing us to choose the different product. If you don't want to serve it, why not put it in the display case and leave it open? Also, it wouldn't be the end of the world, but when I went to the restroom, all I could hear was the employees loudly saying, "Oh, that guy ordered tuna and he's eating it like a dog!" They're openly mocking us, which is nice. "And the other one with her salad, she tells me it's not the same, blah blah blah." Is it so complicated to pay for professionalism training for your employees? I hadn't eaten here for almost a year because before, the servers were just as unpleasant and unwelcoming. It's unbelievable, salad or not, the lack of respect is incredible. Is this a restaurant or a fair? In the end, the salad stayed warm on the counter for quite a while. If it was just going to be thrown away, I don't see the point, anyway.

18/08/2026: Very disappointed with the staff. Don't even try going after 6 pm, you'll be bothering them. Very little choice, no bread (probably given to Too Good To Go even though they close at 8 pm). And what about the service? Very unpleasant, no enthusiasm whatsoever, especially around 7 pm, they greet you with a broom in hand and huffing and puffing. It's a shame the employees ruin the experience because the sandwiches are excellent. How can they employ people who don't want to work? And I see I'm not the only one who's had this experience.

13/12/2025: How dare this place still call itself a “restaurant”??? We had reserved a table for 15 people around 8 pm. Some arrived at 8:35 pm, others were still stuck on the road because of the farmers. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was icy: we immediately felt like we were intruding. The waitress curtly announced: “It’ll be a straight course.” That’s professionalism for you. As a restaurant owner myself, this kind of attitude is simply unacceptable and I would never tolerate it in my establishment.

06/09/2026: The pasta is better at the cafeteria. Very disappointed. Helpful and friendly staff.

04/09/2026: What a change!!! The service was incredibly slow, and the food had absolutely no flavor... We waited a while for dessert, which never arrived, so we left. They weren't exactly overwhelmed by the crowds... The dining room wasn't very clean, everything needs to be reviewed, we miss the old pizzeria.

17/09/2026: Avoid this place! Get this McDonald's shut down, it's awful, honestly. Stop talking while you're on duty, it's unprofessional, and you're paid to work.

13/09/2026: The atmosphere was awful, the staff were disrespectful, they barely looked at us or even spoke to us, and the food was terrible, practically from the day before.
