The servers were excellent, the dishes were beautifully presented and delicious.
Have a wonderful evening catching up with the young people from the 4L Trophy rally.
21/02/2026: Excellent place, warm welcome, very good value for money. The products are fresh and the dishes are homemade. We had a wonderful evening, a real treat for the eyes and the taste buds.

Good atmosphere.
Friendly and pleasant staff.
Good value for money.
Stays open in the afternoons at the end of the season, which is really nice when the weather is good.

05/04/2026: Great service and lovely place, unfortunately extremely disappointed. All the dishes offered are €5 more expensive in-store than on the website menu. The egg meurette (€20) was uninteresting: three mushrooms barely hanging on, the bacon was all fat with no meat, and the egg was fine, of course. The starter was mostly filled with pearl onions, and I was far from convinced by the main course.
In short, two starters, one main course, one dessert, and three drinks cost €120.

25/03/2026: Over time, the pleasure of dining at Bistro d’Hervé remains undiminished. Everything is of high quality: the dishes are flavorful and sophisticated with elegant presentation, the setting is delightful, and the service is both attentive and warm.
It's always a truly enjoyable experience, whether dining as a couple or with friends.

22/02/2026: The worst pizza I've found in the Agde and Cap d'Agde area.
The sauce was watery... It didn't even stick to the dough... I ordered a Regina and a Chorizo pizza... The sauce was way too watery... There was absolutely nothing on the dough... So much for trying it out...

25/10/2025: The cocktails were rather expensive for the amount of alcohol in them. We wondered if the Virgin Mojito wasn't the Mojito...
No olives for a table of six, even though they were ready in jars near the bar, and we were with children, so that would have been welcome.
Table not very clean (dirty feet).
15/10/2025: It's October 15, 2025. Not a tourist. €4.90 for a coke. ..no kidding. Fed up with the south, nothing but scams. They need to get rid of the "traders" at least a little bit.

15/08/2024: Un rapport prix qualité médiocre. On a commandé des cheese burgers qui sont arrivés sans fromage. Il y a des pizzas qui dépassent les 20€. On peut trouver mieux et moins cher au Cap d Agde
15/08/2024: Minable!! Déjà vous restez un bon moment a l’entrée sans que personne vous demande quoi que ce soit , les serveurs passent et ne vous regardent même pas, ni même un petit sourire pour nous faire patienter ,alors qu’il n’y a pas grand monde encore comme client ,
Un monsieur au téléphone qui nous regarde et a qui finalement nous demandons si il travaille ici et nous répond : non !
Alors qu’en fait c’est le patron … finalement on nous installe a une table et ce même monsieur se rapproche de nous , mon mari lui dit : finalement vous travaillez la ? Et il lui répond : oui juste pour prendre votre argent!!!
C’est la première fois que j’entends une réponse aussi mauvaise de la part d’un patron
Personnellement il n’aura pas eu le notre car nous nous sommes levés et partis
Nous en avions assez vu
Après ne venez pas vous plaindre que la saison a été mauvaise !
Recevoir des clients comme ça c’est vraiment minable !
les touristes ne sont pas des machines a sous et nous monsieur, nous habitons ici et je peux vous dire que nous ne ferons pas de la pub pour votre établissement .
Nous ne pouvons pas juger la nourriture puisque nous sommes partis
mais l’accueil est aussi important et vos paroles devraient au moins respecter les personnes grâce a qui vous êtes en place !!
Je crois que vous avez un peu la grosse tête
Vous n’êtes pas sur la Côte d’Azur monsieur il faut redescendre !!
ou alors si vous en avez marre de votre métier prenez la retraite !!!
