09/05/2026: As usual, it's cold (eaten there). This has become the norm at McDonald's for the past few years... Fries and burgers alike, it feels like you're eating bread and cheese straight from the fridge. I find it crazy that people are willing to eat cold food. I'll let the community manager, as usual, apologize... Communication is more important than quality at McDonald's.

05/05/2026: A disastrous experience. The tea was undrinkable, with a horrible aftertaste that lingered in the mouth. I pointed it out, they replaced it… and it was exactly the same! No improvement whatsoever. I then simply asked to change it to a Coke, and they refused, in a haughty and unpleasant tone. And to top it all off, we ordered a wrap WITHOUT bacon… and of course, there was bacon in it. Appalling service, no one listened, and repeated mistakes. Frankly unacceptable.
