18/03/2026: A terrible experience. I was charged twice for a single order, an error that clearly originated with the restaurant.
Instead of resolving the issue on the spot, I was asked to come in to get an email address to file a complaint. So I made the effort to return specifically, sent the email as requested… and since then, no response.
This is unacceptable: not only is the error yours, but the customer is expected to go in person and take all the necessary steps, only to be completely ignored.
Non-existent customer service. I'm still waiting for my refund.

31/01/2026: A disaster at McDonald's, where mistakes are their greatest asset, and they tell you on the phone that it's your fault, of course. When you come back several days later to collect what you were owed, which you had already paid for, strangely enough, they have neither your name nor any record of it. You leave with a new order that you have to pay for again, hoping nothing is missing or damaged.
22/01/2026: Fast and efficient service, very friendly and professional staff, an excellent McDonald's that I recommend.
