22/04/2026: A great restaurant in the "Quiet Hour" area, perfect for lunch, dinner, or a relaxing afternoon snack. Like all Holly's locations, the decor is really nice, and it's a pleasure to visit. They always offer plenty of sides with the burgers, like fries or potato wedges – a real plus compared to other restaurants! There's plenty of seating upstairs, so it's easy to come with family, even on weekends when it's busy.

Beyond the obvious lack of professionalism, he was particularly unpleasant, even insulting, towards one of our friends. A shameful welcome for such a well-located establishment. Avoid this place if you're looking for a relaxing and courteous atmosphere. March 31, 2026

31/03/2026: Mixed experience, but a major service issue. Usually, the bar is pleasant and the other servers are polite, which makes the place enjoyable. Unfortunately, this time, the experience was ruined by the attitude of one particular server. As soon as we arrived, he addressed my friend with the disrespectful and inappropriate remark, "Does it bother you to put the chair away?" Then, after all my friends had ordered, he insisted that I get something, adding, "I'm not a park bench." A condescending and completely inappropriate remark. It's a shame, because the establishment is normally pleasant, but this kind of behavior gives a very bad impression and is clearly uncomfortable. I hope this issue will be addressed.

29/03/2026: Excellent Mexican cooking class with Chef Lola for a bachelorette party. Delicious and generous recipes, and the venue was very pleasant and spacious for the group. I must add that Caroline, the organizer, was very understanding (we had some organizational hiccups with the number of people, unfortunately almost 30 minutes late on the day itself...). Caroline and Chef Lola did their best to ensure the class ran smoothly despite everything. A big thank you!!

From the moment you step inside, you're charmed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere, with retro decor that adds a touch of character. The service is generally very pleasant, with attentive staff and helpful advice, especially regarding wine selection. As for the food, the dishes are homemade, generous, and prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients. The flavors are truly exceptional.

29/03/2026: This card system is appalling. My money is stuck on the card, and I've renewed it three times already to avoid losing everything after six months. They categorically refuse to reimburse me, claiming it's impossible. Please do something about this or I will file a dispute. Following your response, I already filed a complaint directly with your institution, which categorically refused to reimburse me. This forced me to renew the card, and since I don't want to lose my money, I keep renewing it (as many times as necessary until I get a refund). You say there are no complaints, but I found reviews addressing the same issue, for example this one: "Very disappointed with this bar. The concept is nice, however, you load money onto a card that's only valid for 6 months. After that period, the money on it disappears and you have nothing left in your account. Very annoying when you've put €50 on it." I find this practice "disgusting" simply because of your categorical refusal. You shouldn't be blocking a customer's money on a card; a refund option should be available if the customer wants it. Article L221-5 of the French Consumer Code stipulates that the professional must provide the consumer, before the conclusion of the contract, with all essential information about the goods or services, including the terms of supply, the validity period, and the refund procedures. Article L212-1 of the French Consumer Code stipulates that clauses creating a significant imbalance between the rights and obligations of the parties to a contract, to the detriment of the consumer, are considered unfair. This includes clauses allowing the professional to retain sums paid without actual consideration or equivalent service. A report has been filed on SignalConso, and a dispute resolution request has been sent to you.

18/02/2026: Passing through Tours, we stopped for a bite to eat before heading home, and well, that was the first and last time. The welcome, the service, etc... 0. The woman was very unpleasant, as if we had forced her to work! This kind of behavior is very childish. Good luck.

30/12/2025: I stayed here last May with my family on a trip through France and Germany. This hotel was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. However my favorite part of this town were the cats. We had been in France for 3-4 days and I did not see any cats. I missed mine back home very much. When we arrived late at night there were several near the shops and hotel.

13/11/2025: Comfortable hotel in the heart of the city. The castle is a 5-minute walk away. Spacious and comfortable room. Highly recommended!
