07/09/2024: Present at the open-air festival during the vibration concert, the head in the drum team took the liberty of turning the music on loud while the artists were singing... It's just horrible, big lack of respect on their part !!!

19/07/2024: The staff is not competent at all, we ask for a coffee, a pastry, the waitress gives me my coffee, makes me pay but no cake, the manager is there as if he didn't exist
Like me, several people 😚😚😐
28/06/2024: Served by a person who was not at all the best, not given a small plate or spoon for a soft cake that didn't fit in the hand, plus there was, I think, a manager, it seemed like it bothered him to give me a spoon that I could eat my cake on the bag I don't recommend it at all in any case for me it's finished as well as my family who didn't appreciate it at all

Service that leaves something to be desired....an outdated manager!
Ashamed ! You should review and rethink your organization and perhaps recruit....Please note before writing this message...I have had the experience each time...And this is one time too many!
Little tip, a Nardeu bakery just opposite sells good bread and it's quick!
28/09/2024: If you go to the toilet at Feuillette, go there after eating otherwise you will eat with much less appetite, I'm kind, I won't post a photo for you to see and enjoy your meal.

08/12/2024: A hello can be a plus when dealing with customers.
Two times at the drive-thru and twice disappointed by the attitude of the team.
I advise you not to do a click and collect, NO time saving and what's more, you'll get caught up in the hassle by the person at the checkout....
The advantage is that there are plenty of other McDonald's in Tours and for this one it's never again
05/12/2024: Being a McDonald's customer, following an order in table service, on December 4 in cheek-les-tours, I found myself paying for an order in another McDonald's located at 2lions. I was careful to respect the process. But no favor, refund... I remain very disappointed with this table service. I would advise you to review your QRcodes to avoid any misunderstandings.

Mais rien de particulier.
Très bien pour un midi avec des collègues, un peu trop simple pour un repas en famille le soir.
Service très sympa et rapide.
04/05/2024: Après avoir testé en repas d’affaires, j’y suis retourné en couple en prenant le menu plus élaboré.
Encore ravis de notre repas. Des plats savoureux avec des produits simples mais très bien travaillés. Des mélanges de saveurs surprenants mais agréables.
Service au top, belle carte des vins, super rapport qualité prix.
