23/05/2026: As for the food, it's still a fast-food place, so... For a Saturday night, the table service was quite decent (15 minutes). It's a shame my coffee (long, very good) was spilled on the napkins and in the tray. Otherwise, it was quiet and clean.
03/05/2026: Quite honestly, I've never seen such disastrous management in a fast-food restaurant as at the McDonald's in Meylan. I've been a regular customer for a long time, so my opinion isn't unfounded. But every time I go, it's the same thing: a cold atmosphere, a curt welcome, no smiles, and a constant feeling that you're bothering the staff simply because you're a customer. The main problem clearly stems from the management of the manager, Margot. A manager is supposed to project a good image of the restaurant, create a pleasant atmosphere, and know how to handle customers with respect and intelligence. Here, it's the complete opposite. No business acumen, no warmth, no desire to build customer loyalty. We're talking about a chain where customers spend their money daily, sometimes several times a week. The very least they could do is provide a decent welcome and show a little consideration. The way they handle sauces has become ridiculous. You literally get the impression that you're asking for something extraordinary when it's just a few cents in an order that's already been paid for at prices that are constantly increasing. This meticulous attention to detail, down to the last cent, just gives the restaurant a stingy and petty image. It's not the extra charge for a sauce that's the problem; it's the attitude behind it: cold, curt, and sometimes almost contemptuous. What's most shocking is the complete lack of gratitude towards loyal customers. Many people come regularly, keep the business afloat year-round, accept price increases, forgotten orders, long waits… and despite all that, we're treated as if our presence is a problem. At no point do we feel any respect or desire to satisfy the customers. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant reflects this poor management. When a manager is unpleasant or tense, it's felt everywhere: in the welcome, in the way customers are spoken to, and even in the restaurant's ambiance. Instead of a welcoming place where people come to eat peacefully, you find yourself in a cold environment where you'd rather leave as quickly as possible. Today, with fast-food prices, customers expect at least a modicum of professionalism, a bit of politeness, and pleasant service. No one asks to be treated like a celebrity, just with respect. This McDonald's unfortunately gives the opposite impression: no consideration for regulars, no effort to promote the restaurant, and a manager who seems to have forgotten that without customers, a restaurant simply doesn't function. I sincerely believe that many people are starting to go elsewhere, not because of the food, but because of the disastrously poor service and atmosphere. And when several loyal customers feel the same way, perhaps it's time to take a hard look at themselves.

02/11/2024: Horrible. Burger froid + option frite bacon avec fromage fondu encore plus froid. Je retourne au comptoir et on me dit que c’est normal que ça sort du frigo!!! Du fromage « fondu » sur les frites gelé, avec du bacon encore congelé… Pour le burger, normal, on le remet 2 mn sous « la chute » et au final on me ressert mon plateau aussi froid que quand je l’ai reçu. Alors pour faire mon bon repas chez BK j’ai tout mis au micro-ondes pour pouvoir manger chaud!!! Perdez pas votre temps, un burger sous vide de chez Lidl à faire chauffer au micro-ondes fera le même effet.
20/10/2024: Super accueil de Thomas à la prise de commande ! Très agréable merci à lui, ça n’est pas toujours le cas dans les fast fois..
