15/03/2026: Your restaurant is one of our rituals when we come to Villard-de-Lans. We visit at least twice a year, and your establishment is a must for us. We greatly appreciate your cuisine, the atmosphere, and your overall ambiance, which always make our visits a very pleasant experience.
However, this weekend we were a little disappointed. We left with a rather high bill for two people and were expecting a small gesture of goodwill.
It's a shame, as it contrasts with the warm and attentive image we've always associated with your establishment.

16/02/2026: It's not good, I don't recommend it. The service is slow and the pizzas are cooked to a crisp, with a charcoal taste.

Not worthy of a restaurant.

For the details:
Kids' menu up to age 5, so by deduction, at 6 you're an adult.
Frozen nuggets.
Frozen fries.
The pizzas... Tomato sauce straight from a big can bought at Promo Cash or Metro, probably with pre-seasoned oregano. After this nice industrial base, let's move on to the toppings where the cheese has no flavor, and the ham is even worse.
All this on a bland, undercooked crust. Incidentally, I'm still waiting for the bread I asked for at the beginning of the meal. The waitress's exaggerated friendliness doesn't make up for everything, far from it...

18/01/2026: We stayed with our dog for a weekend in January. The hotel is very well located, just a 5-minute walk from the center of Villard-de-Lans. The hotel staff are lovely, and the breakfast is very good. A big plus is the wellness area (hammam, sauna, and jacuzzi) after a good day of hiking. And best of all, the hotel is pet-friendly!
