22/08/2026: Our arrival was a bit of a surreal experience. We were right in front of the restaurant and, seeing that there was availability online for that same time, we decided to go in without a reservation. It was around 1:10 PM and they told us they were full and couldn't serve us, even though the place was half empty. We left, made an online reservation from the door for 1:15 PM—there was plenty of availability—and five minutes later we went back in with our reservation. This time they seated us and served us normally. That said, once inside the service was good and the food was delicious. The strangest thing was that hardly any other customers arrived during our meal, maybe one more table. We left happy with the food, but not quite understanding why they couldn't serve us five minutes earlier and why a reservation made right there at the door changed everything.

22/08/2026: We loved the restaurant boat: the attentive and friendly service, the unbeatable atmosphere, the even better views, and the very good and generous portions, which are hard to find these days. The value for money is also a big plus. Thank you for everything.

08/08/2026: 10 euros for this? A disgrace! Even at 3 euros, it would still be a disgrace to offer this to customers. The general standard in Nantes is very low: fatty meat, cut into chunks, frozen fries, industrial sauce. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! BOYCOTT

18/07/2026: I ate there 5 hours ago. I ordered the "radical" with steak and cordon bleu. About an hour and a half ago, I started getting unbearable stomach cramps. I made myself vomit, which helped, but I still have the pain. First and last time I'll eat at that restaurant.

18/08/2026: Highly recommended bistro, good food, and very attentive and friendly waiters. We're not used to such kindness anymore.... Congratulations!!

15/08/2026: Plenty of choice on the menu for both drinks and food, a very pleasant place with a ray of sunshine in the morning. The servers are quick and friendly.

12/06/2026: Always excellent, both the food and the pastries. The Nantes cake is delicious. A very good place for lunch. No complaints about the drinks. Everything is perfect, except the prices, which are slowly but surely increasing, despite the free labor!

28/05/2026: Excellent price / quality place, like the Vatel school restaurant. It's ran by hotel and restauration students so the prices are low while the quality is high.

17/06/2026: Introduced me to a great alternative to Quincy 😏 very nice, friendly, good value for money!

15/02/2026: We came based on word of mouth. The food was delicious, and the portions were perfect. The atmosphere was a little too noisy for us, probably due to a lack of soundproofing. The simple setting, a beautiful table in the center of the room, and a warm welcome completed this pleasant experience.

27/01/2026: A simple menu, good ingredients! The service was just a tad slow during lunch, but the interior was quite calm and therefore very pleasant. Special mention to the French toast, made with BONNIN brioche, absolutely divine 😋

03/08/2026: Always a pleasure to spend a lovely evening at Le Molière. A great atmosphere is guaranteed, the tapas and pita sandwiches are a real treat and very generous. Thank you Pascal (generous, often offers a drink), Victor, and the rest of the team. We feel right at home.

31/07/2026: The café is very well located. However, the service from the waiters was cold; we felt like we were bothering them. Luckily, a young woman came to serve us; she was very pleasant and served four tables that had been waiting for a while. Even when paying, I was treated poorly... I felt like I was intruding. This place aims for a high standard and is very well located, but it doesn't provide the necessary staff to live up to it.

06/07/2026: Go for it without hesitation! 😻 Chris, the manager, runs her restaurant wonderfully. She has a sense of hospitality that's rare these days. The burgers are generous and absolutely delicious! 😻😻
