05/08/2024: Regulars at La Maison for several years, we come every week for brunch, coffee or lunch with just as much pleasure. The bread is excellent, in fact it is the best bread in the world, impossible to do without since.
Beyond the bakery, it is also a restaurant where the cuisine is modern, local, and highlights raw and seasonal products with just the right touch of sophistication.
It feels good that a place like this exists.

13/09/2024: A well-placed restaurant, as it goes, overlooking Place Graslin. Pleasant and efficient server. I ate a croque-monsieur there which was nothing exceptional. On the other hand, a gourmet coffee presented on a slate which was pleasant to the eye and taste. Installed inside, the tables are quite close together. It was a little noisy at lunchtime though, it's probably a place for regulars to chat 😊 overall not an unpleasant place.

Change the quality of your skewer and stop taking the cheapest For the price you charge us you could make it yourself with fresh meat And as a result you would have a lot more customers and therefore a lot more money coming in Logic Food apparently not for everyone I don't understand why people give 4.5 stars on this kebab then that the meat is very very very dirty generally this is not a good sign...The quality of the meat is really not up to par at all and the fries I don't even talk about And very

18/05/2024: The owner cooks is nice but the hygiene needs to be completely reviewed: he wipes the sweat from his face with a tissue and then makes the sandwiches without washing his hands! Argh! Beyond that it's not extraordinary.

To ultimately have mediocre service, absolutely unfriendly employees…
Not to mention that we ultimately didn't receive what we ordered!

04/09/2023: Too bad that more and more pitapits are closing without the group saying anything on the networks.
No publications for 1 year on the networks and the website which no longer works...
Too bad, the concept was great but poorly marketed.
The 2 pitapits in Nantes will also close this week S36).
Sadness, I don't want to turn to Fresh Burrito!!!

03/09/2024: As expected fast food. Stopped to charge car which was fantastic EV charge point.
03/09/2024: Deplorable service, often very very long waits. Whether it's drive-thru or worse, click and collect.
Example today 28 min wait in click and collect (and this is not the first time). Obliged to go see them to move the order forward (after 28 minutes of waiting)
No friendliness from the team
Really chart your course and find another McDonald's

17/09/2024: Long wait + people cooking touch food, money, stair railings and doors, I almost refused the order, other people asked for refunds. A little hydroalcoholic gel before heading back to the kitchen would be the minimum or use one hand for the money and the other for the food. Embarrassment in front of everyone between a manager and an employee. They are doing their best but nerves are on edge given the lack of staff.
17/09/2024: What a mess! 2nd and last time, slow and unorganized staff, happy meal purchased with extra book, no game in the box and no bottle of water!!! Menus served cold, we ate what we could and threw the rest away!! I'm not even talking about the cleanliness of the restaurant the last time at 3 p.m. it was a mess, the trash cans were full, people left their trays on the table when leaving, a customer asked a team member to do something, she told him answered it's not my turn in the room and I'm on break!!! This time it was 11:30 a.m. and it was also dirty!! I don't even understand why the McDonald's chain doesn't do anything for this poorly managed restaurant!!!!
