10/09/2026: I have to change my mind. Tonight we ordered nuggets and potatoes with BBQ sauce and white sauce, plus a burger and fries with ketchup. There were no sauces in the order. The caramel sundae had almost no caramel. What a disappointment! In response to your feedback, that's kind of you, but it's not the first time we haven't received the sauces we pay for, or that the order hasn't been as ordered. When you pay for a service, which in 2026 has become expensive, you expect to be satisfied. The caramel sundae had no caramel, no toppings... it was thrown together quickly. So, giving feedback is good, but compensating customers is better.

10/09/2026: Hello, I am writing to report a recurring problem concerning the state of the restrooms in your restaurant. The toilets are regularly in a very poor condition. Yesterday, a stall was clogged and contained excrement. What particularly disturbed me was that the stall had not been sealed off, even though it was clearly unusable and unsanitary. It was therefore still accessible to customers. I find this situation particularly concerning regarding hygiene and customer safety. When a toilet is in such a state, it should be immediately closed and made inaccessible until it is cleaned and repaired. As this problem is recurring, I would like this report to be forwarded to the restaurant manager and for real attention to be paid to the maintenance and inspection of the restrooms.
