06/09/2026: We came on a Saturday night at 10 pm for an Irish coffee, and the waiter refused to serve us, saying the coffee machine had already been cleaned, even though they close at 2 am 😡
We went back on Sunday afternoon. The weather was nice, and we wanted to sit outside and add another table since there were several of us, but the waiter still refused. Even if we moved a table, we would have put it back when we left.
The waiter is really unfriendly and even arrogant. No wonder there are fewer customers 😡
We've been here before, and the other waiter was much nicer, and even the bartender was.
Oh well, they lost some customers, and we went somewhere else where it was nicer 😊
14/08/2026: We ordered a half-pint of sparkling wine to start while we waited for our cocktails. The waiter, turning his back and walking away, replied, "We don't have any!"
I wonder where the friendly atmosphere is! We left...

24/08/2026: At the counter, I was greeted by a blonde with blue eyes, no greeting. Teenagers were running around everywhere. And great, the onion shortage wasn't even mentioned at the kiosk. Bad experience, I won't be going back to this McDonald's.
24/08/2026: A truly awful experience at the McDonald's in Amnéville. I witnessed a scene that absolutely disgusted me: an employee had snot dripping onto a meal while customers were sitting right in front of it. Seeing that while you're supposed to be eating is frankly revolting and seriously calls into question the hygiene and professionalism of the establishment.
After this scene, I left without even taking my order, I was so disgusted.
I also simply asked the manager for a glass of water. I was told I had to pay. After insisting and explaining that it was just a glass of water, I was finally given a tiny cup of tap water, neither chilled nor anything like that, barely enough for a sip.
Frankly, a terrible experience from beginning to end. Between what I saw regarding hygiene and the manager's attitude, I absolutely do not recommend this McDonald's.

27/11/2024: Super restaurant serveur et cuisinier très sympa, tout les plats sont bon, même ce que je n'aime pas normalement. Je viens avec mon papa le mercredi midi mais si je pourrais je viendrais tout les jours. Il y a beaucoup de choix et des plats du jours. Je vous recommande vivement ce restaurant
10/11/2024: C'était ce que je cherchais, un repas simple et bon avec un personnel très attentif.
Le restaurant propose une très bonne cuisine et des plats savamment préparés et un service impeccable dans une ambiance convivial.
