For more than a month, we have noticed a reduction in the food portions in our sandwiches as well as a change in the size of the “avocado Caesar” which has become less garnished and less thick while maintaining the same price. Since the recent arrival of an employee who is regularly first in the direction of traffic, the portions distributed have significantly decreased; it seems that generosity is not one of his strong points, just as his ability to listen to customers is quite unpleasant, having to repeat 3 to 4 times what we want in our sandwich should not happen , just as much as despite this, she manages to forget them all the same. Likewise, since the new formulas, the loyalty program no longer works or is no longer corresponding from the application; you select a product offered and when you arrive at the checkout you are told "it doesn't work, so you have to pay for it", especially since it is already integrated into your sandwich, which therefore requires you to pay for it pay according to them when it is not a fault on our part. They may not realize that we don't necessarily have the money to pay for their mistake. This remains very unfortunate because since September, the date we started frequenting this establishment, the food has always been good but between the lack of friendliness of most of the employees and the reduction in portions, we are in the regret to see that our interest in this fast food is greatly reduced. 20/01/2024: We stopped by to grab drinks on our way to our car. The staff were very friendly, but I was really really really disappointed that I didn’t get what I ordered. I ordered a vanilla latte with tapioca and was given vanilla milk with some sort of fruity flavor balls. I took one sip and tossed it in the trash. It tasted like milk with a huge amount of vanilla powder. 🤢 disgusting. What a waste of money. Very disappointing. The other teas we ordered were okay, but I would not go back and pay that amount for a simple tea drink.

02/04/2024: I was a regular at the restaurant, but unfortunately what happened yesterday will never make me eat at your restaurant again in my life. I order on April 1 around 10 p.m. a 3-meat Tacos menu, cordon bleu merguez kebab, so far so good, as well as a 2-steak hamburger. The hamburger is nothing to say but is it normal to find bones in each bite of my tacos? What literally made me throw up a 20 euro meal LoL, would be to review what you put in the tacos before making it blindly, and the tacos of course were not reimbursed by uber eats
