15/04/2026: Pleasant welcome, located in a large, easy-to-park parking lot. The establishment has a terrace. We ordered chicken and vegetarian burgers. The chicken and vegetarian patties were good. However, there was little to no sauce in the burger, the bottom bun was cold, and the top bun was crumbly, making the burger less enjoyable to eat. The homemade fries were good. The dessert was also very good. The coffee was good value for money. The student menu is very attractive. The restrooms were clean.

30/04/2026: Beautiful setting and the welcome is truly like being at home; the food is delicious ☺️.
I particularly recommend the beef carpaccio, mmm! I highly recommend it and I'll definitely be back.
I had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday.
28/03/2026: We came a few weeks ago. We had a very good meal. The Welsh rarebit was delicious and the fries were cooked perfectly. The cocktail I had was excellent. We'll be back :)

01/06/2026: I ordered a pigeon with only one leg, maybe it was disabled.
Nobody seemed concerned. I won't go into what happened next. The restaurant (not even a brasserie) should be avoided.
05/04/2026: We had lunch at Brasserie L'Éphémère. Our reservation was properly recorded, and we were seated immediately. The staff was friendly and attentive. The dishes were carefully prepared and reasonably priced.
I enjoyed the lamb shank with coco beans on Easter Sunday.
I recommend it.
