10/02/2026: It was our first time, so we ordered traditional pub fare. We were very disappointed: the carbonnade didn't taste like a traditional carbonnade, more like herbes de Provence than gingerbread; the potjevleesch was served as mush and not really homemade. The beers were at room temperature. Indeed, I agree with some of the reviews: the TV show helps with customer traffic, but building customer loyalty is better. I'm giving it two stars for the two dedicated waiters.

09/02/2026: What can I say?! We came as a family this Saturday, and it was a superb evening. The owner and servers were fantastic, and the place was welcoming, warm, and friendly (just like home). The food was absolutely delicious 😋, the portions were generous, and there was a wide selection on the menu. A real treat! We'll definitely be back!
