10/12/2025: I placed an Uber Eats order today.
I ordered in the morning for lunch so the sandwiches would be made when it wasn't too busy.
Imagine my surprise when I found empty paninis that are supposed to be filled with chicken, or at least a little bit. Of the four paninis I ordered, there were practically only four pieces of chicken, sometimes even fewer, in each sandwich.
I know the sandwiches aren't that expensive, but come on, you really think your customers are idiots.
It's shameful to deliver empty sandwiches to customers. If I wanted bread, I'd go to a bakery.
This happened to me once before. I didn't order for a while, thinking it might be a temporary issue. Well, no, six months later, it's practically the same, still an empty sandwich. I didn't put anything in the first time, but this is ridiculous. On top of that, you don't even respect the weights indicated on the website. We're talking between 30 and 50 grams less per product, which is completely illegal. Well, 30 to 50 grams is the chicken missing from my sandwiches. There's a minimum level of professional responsibility required when you sell a product; you have to respect the advertised weights.
I sincerely hope you'll get back to me because I'm really not happy.

09/12/2025: A superb place for a delicious breakfast, with fresh produce and delectable pastries.
The staff is very attentive, and the atmosphere is exceptional—pleasant and welcoming.
Everything is top-notch; I highly recommend it.

01/02/2026: We celebrated my husband's 70th birthday and everything was perfect. We had a pavlova: delicious, light, and not too sweet—a real treat. Everyone loved it. I highly recommend it! 🤩

31/01/2026: The lady was unfriendly; two-quarters of the order was missing. We don't believe her, so we're calling her a liar.
31/01/2026: 12:37 PM, the restaurant was almost full; it was difficult to find a seat for five people.
Some tables weren't quite clean, which was a shame, especially considering the large number of people at the self-service kiosks.
The food was excellent, nothing to complain about, as always.
The atmosphere was a bit noisy considering the number of people.

22/11/2025: Disastrous order, a ridiculously small portion of fries. Two cold burgers in a stale, far too thick bun.
For the price paid, it's a disgrace.
16/11/2025: As a regular customer of your chip shop, I was quite disappointed with my visit today. There was a very poor communication with the staff. We ordered two Savoyard-style burgers, but some ingredients were missing. We had to ask for a replacement, which was difficult. When we inquired about the ingredients included in the recipe, they told us they were extra, even though Gruyère cheese and ham are included. Due to the difficulty in communicating, we left with Savoyard-style burgers that included a steak and Gruyère cheese. Furthermore, the portions were significantly smaller than before. This doesn't make me want to return.

Top for veggies, with several choices
08/12/2024: I came today so that my little sister could go to the toilet because she couldn't hold back anymore, unfortunately you have to "consume for the toilet".
I therefore reduced the bill, the food is very good and the hygiene nothing to say from my point of view.

01/10/2024: Following my visit this evening to this bar restaurant with good friends
Basically we just came for a drink because we had a good appreciation from a lot of people around us but in the end we took the dish with it.
But in terms of food and welcome, nothing to say, I 100% recommend this bar restaurant, we will come back with pleasure and very soon 😁
19/09/2024: Don't try to ask for 1 small salad as a starter: "we don't do that here". Fortunately in the table next to the regulars yelled at the waiter and I was able to have my salada. In the evening again. But I managed to start my meal by 1 delicious, again. Modern cuisine, very good. Pleasant setting. Generous portions. We were served very quickly.

There's a good selection.
The staff is really friendly and welcoming.
The prices are affordable.
It's a meeting place for my children and me, so it's very dear to my heart.
17/09/2025: A sure bet in Arras, a top-notch welcome, diverse and varied products and professional advice when I don't know what to choose! Go there with your eyes closed! The pesto sandwich is simply incredible!

Passe devant vous sans dire bonjour et vous faire patienter lors de la commande aucun mot respectueux bonjour merci svp etc..,
À fuir dommage peut être pour le patron Qui devrait le former à la communication à moins que ce soit son fils à fuir absolument
