L’établissement est propre et l’équipe est vraiment sympa, dont celui qui doit être le gérant et qui a toujours le sourire et un mot gentil, tout en étant très efficace! D’ailleurs ça ne désemplit pas, les clients ne s’y trompent pas, un des meilleurs spots de clermont actuellement.

05/12/2024: Cookie chocolat blanc infect ! Tout sec, on avait l'impression qu'il était en vitrine depuis 2 semaines... On a eu envie de revenir au Colombus et leur faire goûter pour qu'ils aient conscience de la qualité !

09/10/2024: If there is nothing to complain about the products purchased in store (3 platters of Auvergne charcuterie + chorizo: excellent) the price of the service is very questionable! 32 euros per tray, presented in a small wooden box. After weighing the products, the result is a weight of 300 grams of goods/tray, i.e. an average price of 100 euros per kg! ! ! while the price announced in the store is 50 euros per kg of Auvergne ham, 33 euros per kg of chorizo ​​and 30 euros per sausage. Thinking of an error in the service, we take the liberty of contacting the manager who tells us that, no, it's the price (8 euros/person for a platter supposed to be for 4!) and it can be explained by the time it takes to cut and place it in the containers! ! ! It would be good to tell the customer exactly the content of the service and not present it in a photo on a mobile phone as was the case! in short, a misunderstanding that will not bring us back!

The quality of the pretzels and Alsatian charcuterie platters won over our guests. Mr. Cluzel was able to perfectly meet all our expectations. Thank you for your services and your sympathy.
