31/03/2024: A little thing before starting: I advise you to take the time to read the comments where “management” responded: a pleasure! We can see customers being insulted with "your intellectual level", with the juicy "your limited education" or the famous "your limited budget", that includes sentences written in broken French too! Which is completely worthy of a response from an adult! Brief. The sea view is great (on the 3rd floor in any case, on the 1st it is less so). The apartment is really very dirty. The floor is sticky, there is dust and hair under the bed and above all, the toilets are not done! Pubic hair on the toilet bowl and excrement and urine under the toilet bowl, unfortunately present in both rooms during the two stays I had there (I no longer think it is just an "oversight"). I don't understand why it's so dirty when I learned there were only 15 apartments occupied during our stays. Sockets not glued to the wall with exposed bare wires... The rooms are not equal, we had more towels and especially soap in one room, not in the other. One of the pillows was stained and the covers did not fit completely on the pillow, which is not hygienic. No one at reception most of the time, you have to be independent for everything, even the entrance (safe). We were on the 3rd floor and I was called to ask me to "not use the elevator": elevator out of order during our stay but no one to worry about whether we can go up the stairs with our suitcases, and no gesture commercial for this big inconvenience. In short: the apartments are extremely well located but very dirty, which spoils the stay. We have the impression of being in an abandoned building, the staff lacks presence (on the golf terraces in any case). I have mixed feelings because this accommodation has a lot of potential but without cleanliness and dilapidation, it is not possible.
