30/06/2026: I arrived at 9:25 PM and left at 9:45 PM. I waited 20 minutes at the drive-thru for… two ice creams. The line wasn't even full. When I got to the window to pick up my order, I saw two ice creams already prepared, but no one to give them to me. When the drive-thru attendant came to give them to me, I asked for a small drink while I waited. She replied that the wait hadn't been long and offered me a glass of water. I think the maximum wait time for a customer is 3 minutes and 30 seconds? In the end, I was left with melted ice cream. (Happy to talk about it!)
