26/04/2026: 3000 years for a coffee... It would have taken less time to get it from Colombia... Pathetic, not a soul in there, and yet 20 minutes for a measly coffee... And as friendly as prison guards. If it were any other restaurant than a McDonald's franchise, it would have closed down a long time ago.

25/04/2026: A terrible experience at this McDonald's. There were four of us, and we spent around €60, but the service was catastrophic. The mistakes kept piling up: * My husband didn't get the potato patty in his burger. * He ordered cheddar fries, but he received cheddar potato wedges. * His McSmart meal was simply never served. * His caramel popcorn ice cream was missing the caramel. As for me: * My nuggets meal was fine, but I also ordered a McSmart, and one of the two sandwiches was missing. * My caramel KitKat ice cream was also missing the caramel. The result: about €15 worth of food that was either not served or incorrect. The worst part was the customer service: after three phone calls, one of which resulted in the call being hung up on, no solution was offered. This is unacceptable for an order at this price. I do not recommend it.
