13/01/2024: Small chalet located in the town of Champeaux. Open several evenings during the week except Sunday and Monday. Their wood-fired pizzas are very good. The owners are very friendly, I would happily return.

We entered through the shop, arriving behind the cash register, rather awkward, I had the feeling of being visiting a castle, where you are inevitably introduced through this "famous" shop, which attracts curiosity although in any case, what a shame, the main entrance presented no obstacle, and it is so beautiful, it lacks class. A team of unsmiling waitresses and waiters, appearing stressed. Maybe ? I didn't appreciate the new look, undoubtedly more comfortable (sneakers too visible), and which seemed very out of place in this very chic place. We can be very comfortable and chic at the same time, "discreet" in the service, this is a customer opinion. A cocktail (perfect), appetizers not very tasty, the choice of a single dish, selected from the menu, priced accordingly, in too small quantities for this main course (we were not satisfied, far from it), few flavors, surprising, too expensive for what is served, these 4 scallops were very small, accompanied by a pumpkin puree (very ordinary for an accompaniment) and very small broken chestnuts (I did not take photo, and I regret it for the proof in the image), a glass of wine, a dessert well known to us, my beautiful lemon, I would have liked something different from La Table St Juste, for the pleasure of a pastry reinvention, an unconvincing soufflé. Two sweets served at the end of the meal, Coca Cola marshmallows, ridiculously sized, better to do without them. The new concept, with a very successful visual appearance, lacks privacy, in fact we were disturbed by the conversation of our neighbors, and no doubt it would have been for them. This is the bistro concept. No more cloakroom offered, coat and bag become very bulky when you are seated ladies, on a bench, in a bistro there are coat racks, it's an idea. For this new "bistro" concept, "different" from the old "gastronomic" restaurant, the dishes should be different, and the prices appropriate, but that remains my opinion. Very disappointed for my birthday, yet I was happy about it. Opinions are useful to improve, not to lack respect, or to show malicious intent, that is not my intention, I wanted to make that clear to you. Only your work makes the difference. It was a very beautiful reference, with lasting taste memories, which we expected to find. this will remain our last visit.

08/05/2024: I was not satisfied with the welcome from the manager, who was not warm. I remained calm despite his inappropriate remarks towards my 16 month old child. A little empathy would be appreciated, rather than the cold attitude you have adopted. In Fontainebleau, news travels quickly and a bad reputation can persist for a long time. I have a large community of 800,000 people on social media, and I'm ready to share my experience, which could impact your business this summer. I hope to receive an apology from you to avoid this.

04/05/2024: Cafe had a lovely atmosphere but the owner was extremely rude and aggressive. Instead of explaining nicely what teas he does and does not have, he rudely gestured to the menu as though I should have known better. He later scolded me and my friend as though we were little kids, for taking a bite out of our croissants from next door. I found him extremely rude, racist, and unpleasant and will not come back again nor recommend anyone to come here.

04/04/2024: The worst hot dogs we have eaten, hard bread, cold and tasteless sausage, no sauce luckily the fries were good. A carafe of water not fresh and a glass for two. And we run after the waiter to pay him .For cheaper and better, there are other establishments nearby!

05/04/2024: I had the opportunity to discover this restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their milkshakes. I also had a delicious Box Master as well as cheddar onion fries, I was able to appreciate the generosity of the cheddar sauce, which was abundant and tasty. Although I found the level of onions to be a bit light. A real treat for the taste buds and impeccable service, helpful and friendly staff. I highly recommend this restaurant for milkshake and tiramisu lovers!

12/01/2024: Disappointed, it's the kind of restaurant you go to once without coming back. The meat "kebab" was cold, very little meat, it was full of crispy onions. The chicken burger was hot but had a pungent smell, I didn't want to send it back but frankly it nauseated me the whole meal. As for the choice of drinks, it's a shame that we don't offer anything other than the classics. Very fatty fries. The sauces are not good. Anyway for the test ok that's all.

12/01/2024: Very good kebabs. Not too fatty and the chicken meat is well seasoned. It’s fine and gourmet 😉
