16/05/2026: The staff were very pleasant and smiling, and the waiters were polite.
15/05/2026: Ice cream was placed upside down, resulting in no ice cream, and for the drink, the lid was just placed on the cup… I sent a complaint to McDonald's, and the only response was: "In order for us to consider your feedback, please clearly describe your request and fill in the necessary fields.
If the reason does not match the content, your request cannot be processed."
