They say this is normal, despite the product photo showing the large cup.

Employees yell at customers even though the self-service kiosks aren't working
We get yelled at for checking our order, which isn't correct
We don't have loyalty points
Unpleasant snickering, in short, no respect for customers, and no one in charge ever speaks up

25/07/2026: It's far too long. Despite not being very busy, the wait is endless. For fast food, that's unacceptable! The elevator and trolley system for loading and unloading trays upstairs definitely needs improvement. The service is really lacking in energy... and as a result, the food isn't very good!
