19/04/2026: I very rarely leave reviews, but this McDonald's is truly one to avoid!! It's getting worse and worse, with the service and staff becoming increasingly lazy and incompetent. Between forgetting things in our orders and the long waits... the drive-thru was empty, but it took 25 minutes for two burgers! A month ago, my partner and I came, and we found plastic and hair in his burger. When I went to complain and return it, it was as if they couldn't be bothered to remake it. I had to ask for a replacement because they were going to leave it as is! The kiosks/drive-thru close well before 11 PM! So tonight, I had a craving for ice cream. We arrived at the drive-thru 15 minutes before closing time, waited 10 minutes at the ordering kiosk, walked over to the window, and were told, "We're closed." Well, of course, when you pretend not to notice when there are customers around... Then the person clearly told us that the kitchens were closed and that they couldn't make burgers, etc. Surprising, considering that in the evenings after service, they prepare tons of burgers, nuggets, ice cream, etc., for their own consumption! Anyway, and this is just the tip of the ice cream parlor, it's ridiculous!
