11/01/2026: Serving a pint at 1.45 am and then security demanding you pour it into a plastic mug and drink it in the pouring rain outside 5 minutes late was our only negative experience in a trip to Castres. If you do genuinely have to close your doors at 2am respect your customers, have a sensible last orders time and let them know the strict closing time in advance.
04/01/2026: Great evening with Irish musicians. Very good selection of beers.
The restaurant offers excellent Guinness beef.

22/02/2026: Beware of lies at McDonald's Melou! Don't get ripped off like I almost did! They'll offer you the sugary drink surcharge at the drive-thru without telling you! Yes, it's "only" a few cents, but added up over an evening, it adds up to a nice little sum! And to top it off, they'll tell you it's mandatory and they can't remove it, when in reality, THAT'S FALSE! We can choose whether or not we want the drink with the surcharge, as evidenced in the image below. You need to review your training policy because clearly, your young employees aren't aware of this and aren't happy to be working there. Judging by the way they spoke to me, I don't think I'll be setting foot in that place again anytime soon!
In conclusion, it's simply disguised theft!! Be vigilant, we already have way too many taxes!!
21/02/2026: Uncle Nassim is the best teammate. Always smiling. The restaurant was clean despite the crowds; I recommend it.

You can tell the service is over. It's a different story.

How good we feel in this beautiful hotel!
The whole team is super cheerful, attentive and we feel that the employees are fulfilled, which is rather rare.
The room, very spacious, was decorated with great taste. We have the impression of being hosted by friends who love the decor.
The kitchen is also perfect.

07/12/2024: Very warm welcome, our reservation met our expectations (two adjoining rooms), hearty breakfast with good pastries. Comfortable and clean rooms. Hotel very well located in the center with a discount on the QPark car park which allows you to park without problem.

23/08/2024: I went there today and was very well received. I had a tandoori naan sandwich to take away: it was really very good but frankly very light in terms of quantity. I think that for the price they should be more generous.

20/09/2024: I ate a spoiled chicken pesto sandwich! The meat was greyish, bitter, and sickening. It made me want to vomit and run away! And now all I have left is my stomach to cry with.
