02/04/2026: Very good for a brasserie, the dishes were beautifully presented. As bread lovers, we really appreciated the baguette on the table. We'd never seen that before and it was a very nice touch.

The decor throughout the establishment combines sophistication and simplicity, creating a premium atmosphere. The meal was enchanting in its quality, presentation, and variety of flavors. The welcome was warm yet discreet. A highly recommended establishment.

The meal was magnificent, refined, and beautifully presented—a true delight. The welcome and service were top-notch, very warm, and attentive to the customer. I recommend it without hesitation. 02/04/2026: It feels like you're in the mountains! The restaurant is warm and welcoming, with a wide variety of choices on the menu; I've never been disappointed! A major plus is the originality of their cheese melting machine—I haven't seen it anywhere else! A must-try!

11/04/2026: The only pub worthy of the name in the city of Castres. Taking a detour here is like getting a little lost. And that's exactly what you're looking for... The interior is very pleasant, the decor tasteful, it's large but divided into several nice areas. The outdoor terrace is a bit secluded and quiet. The waiters and waitresses are perfectly in tune with the atmosphere. An eclectic beer selection. The Castel Brune at 11% ABV... is one you appreciate from the first sip, and what follows is an invitation to lean back, to settle in, to linger, like a passerby accompanied by a situation that is, in this case, both persistent and opportune... But enough of this hoppy chatter, we all know who's responsible! Some rums are excellent, but the rule is immutable and you do not mix spirits, under penalty of... more or less immediate sanctions.

11/04/2026: Excellent service! I had a slight issue with the opening hours, but the two employees, Audrey and Marie Sara, were absolutely fantastic; they gave me four sandwiches even though the place was closed. Thank you so much!
