31/03/2024: We lived nearby for a week and this bakery was our daily spot for breakfast and sometimes dinner too. We were very satisfied with the quality of the baked goods and the friendliness of the employees and cannot understand some of the very negative reviews. The baguette was always fresh and currently costs 1 euro, the pain au chocolat 1.20 euros. So I don't know why one customer wrote here that the pain au chocolat costs 2 euros 🤷‍♂️ We would shop here again in a heartbeat. Only the coffee comes from a machine, but you know that beforehand.

12/03/2024: The place is good in hiding, you don't get there by chance. The atmosphere is pleasant, half-brewery, half-chic. On the other hand, with the card in our hands, we feel that we are in control of the product. The advice on choosing meat and other accompaniments is relevant. On the plate, we travel... Pan-fried sweetbreads and a trio of Black Angus are a winning combo. You have to love meat! And if so, you will go, and you will return.

06/03/2024: Deplorable welcome, not a smile. Bland dish - Sirloin burger, minced steak filled with nerve, no sauce to accompany. Duck confit in oil, no taste! We were told about oven-baked “new potatoes”, and we had pan-fried potatoes, or rather duck fat and potatoes!!!

05/04/2024: Truly incredible place. Here's the American's take. Way too much walking and traveling around, we got back to our hotel down the street and really needed a good meal. My teenagers were about to flip out. We walked up the street until we came to this place. We looked over the menus and were concerned as there was no English version, though the menu had headings like hamburger, salad etc. Was easy enough to figure out and the waiter and concierge were patient. We had hamburgers for the boys and I ordered a cordon bleu. Food was absolutely incredible. We ordered beer and wine with dinner without an issue and then followed up with coffee and desserts. The four of us ate our fill and walked out for 140 Euros. Money well spent. It really hope to come back to this place but we're leaving in a few days. It was really spectacular and added to our adventure vacation in Paris. Definitely take time to stop though it's intimidating walking up to a packed restaurant where they don't speak our language. Well done Le Marigny! Fyi- remember that Google translate is on your phone. It can easily convert the menu to English.

30/03/2024: So I order as usual in click and collect and start the preparation. I arrive at the restaurant with my order and they don't have it because they tell me that I have to validate it at the terminal... what???? I order all the time and I have never validated anything at the terminal... so why ask me to start the preparation if it has to be validated when it is ready???? So I arrive home and a sandwich is missing... I guess they didn't appreciate me telling them that I was right and I never had to validate 😡😡😡😡

09/03/2024: There was no one there so it went very quickly, however it's still a McDonald's so meh.
