11/08/2026: I occasionally come to your establishment for coffee with my daughter and sit on the terrace, and I've never had a problem before. Today, I arrived and found the awning only half-closed, with the chairs still in place. So, I settled down peacefully with my daughter. A member of staff then asked me to stand up because you were closing. What really surprised me was that another customer was seated on the other side, and no one asked them anything. I also found the situation rather strange: the staff member already had their bag in hand, seemed to have finished their shift and was about to leave, then came over with a cloth to clean the table. If you wanted to close the terrace, why was the awning only half-closed, and why were the chairs still in place? And most importantly, why not apply the same rule to all customers? It wasn't having to leave that bothered me, but rather the way it was handled and the feeling of not being treated like everyone else. I simply hope that in the future, customers will be welcomed and treated in the same way, with respect and courtesy.

22/08/2026: The food is delicious and the menu is homemade at reasonable prices. The staff is warm and attentive. A big thank you to them for making sure to prepare a plate adapted to my allergies (celiac).

30/08/2026: This McDonald's has everything going for it. The play area is very popular with children. I would say it lacks a proper ventilation system because the smell isn't pleasant, especially since children take their shoes off. Another issue is that the toilet water gets scalding hot after a while. The biggest problem is the overflowing trash cans; I've noticed this several times in the evenings. Trays are piled up with garbage. I've seen customers searching for a trash area with their mouths full so as not to overflow the already overflowing bins and thus ease the cleaning burden on the staff, but they don't seem willing to intervene to clear the overflow, leaving us without a solution. Customers have resorted to leaving their trays on the table to avoid making the situation worse. In short, it's a real shame because it gives the place a very dirty and neglected feel. They should have someone dedicated to this task. It's disheartening.

29/08/2026: Absolutely deplorable experience at the McDonald’s in Montigny-lès-Cormeilles. I just had a particularly absurd experience at this restaurant. I ordered several meals with ice cream. When the trays were handed to us, I told the employee that I logically wanted to pick up the ice cream at the end of the meal so I could eat it properly, especially in the middle of August. The employee told me that this wasn't possible, because she didn't want to waste any. I then asked to see the manager. I explained that the ordering kiosk was malfunctioning and didn't allow customers to choose to pick up the ice cream after their meal, contrary to what would normally be expected in this type of situation. The manager's response was simply unbelievable: she explained that she had received instructions from management and that customers had to accept it. So, in short: the problem lies with their kiosk, but the customer has to bear the consequences. I find this way of treating customers particularly unacceptable. When you order and pay for a product, it seems reasonable to expect to be able to consume it in a decent condition. In the middle of August, asking to keep an ice cream for a few minutes to eat at the end of a meal is perfectly reasonable. The most shocking thing is the manager's response: instead of seeking a simple business solution and satisfying the customer, she simply cites "directives from management." This experience clearly gives the impression that customer satisfaction is a distant second to the restaurant's internal constraints. I strongly advise against this McDonald's, at least given the reception and the way this situation was handled. Zero sense of service, no flexibility, and above all, no consideration for the customer.

30/06/2026: A very nice and pleasant place. The food is really excellent, just the right amount, with something for everyone. The prices are reasonable (18€ for a main course or main course and dessert / 20€ for a starter, main course, and dessert). I recommend this place and I will definitely return.

18/07/2026: As a regular customer of the KFC in Garges, I was surprised by the manager's behavior. She puts incredible pressure on the employees. Of course, it's a fast-food restaurant, so speed is essential, but let's be human and respect these team members who go to great lengths to serve us. I'd rather my order take a little longer than have the guilt of knowing that employees are being put under such strain because of my order. You absolutely must re-evaluate your management style.
