11/08/2026: I occasionally come to your establishment for coffee with my daughter and sit on the terrace, and I've never had a problem before. Today, I arrived and found the awning only half-closed, with the chairs still in place. So, I settled down peacefully with my daughter. A member of staff then asked me to stand up because you were closing. What really surprised me was that another customer was seated on the other side, and no one asked them anything. I also found the situation rather strange: the staff member already had their bag in hand, seemed to have finished their shift and was about to leave, then came over with a cloth to clean the table. If you wanted to close the terrace, why was the awning only half-closed, and why were the chairs still in place? And most importantly, why not apply the same rule to all customers? It wasn't having to leave that bothered me, but rather the way it was handled and the feeling of not being treated like everyone else. I simply hope that in the future, customers will be welcomed and treated in the same way, with respect and courtesy.

28/10/2026: It's always a pleasure to eat at L'Arbre Blanc! We celebrated our wedding there last year and went for dinner again last night. The food is excellent, the portions generous (we both struggled to finish), the selection of cocktails and mocktails is fantastic, and the waitresses are smiling and friendly (although we did have to ask them for a carafe of water and a knife for our main course :)). In short, L'Arbre Blanc is a sure bet! A big thank you to Lucas and his team for this wonderful dinner ☺️

20/10/2026: We had an excellent time today at Nautilus. The service was efficient, the staff were friendly, the setting was beautiful, and there was little wait despite the restaurant being full. The food was high quality, and the lunch menu was good even though we ordered à la carte. Our dishes were piping hot – a flawless experience from start to finish! 😊

Quiet location, generous, kind, and very accommodating owner for late arrivals, and only €55 a night for a double room! Even Airbnb is more expensive... I highly recommend it; if I come back, I'll definitely stay here again!

26/10/2026: ⭐ A deplorable experience: soggy food, no refund, and unacceptable disrespect for the customer! I placed an order with this KFC through Uber Eats, and when it arrived, everything was soggy. So I called the restaurant to report the problem and request a refund. I understand that accidents happen, but the way I was treated on the phone is simply unacceptable. I asked to speak to a manager. I was initially told it was the manager, then I was put through to someone else. That's when the conversation became downright disrespectful. Instead of trying to find a solution, this person mocked me with sarcastic remarks and a contemptuous tone, even going so far as to say things like, "Have a nice evening" and "Go back to work," as if my complaint were a joke. Is this how this establishment treats its customers? The most shocking thing was the remark, "God bless you," uttered in this context in a tone I perceived as provocative and mocking. We know neither the religious beliefs nor the background of the person we're speaking to. Using a religious reference to ridicule a customer is completely inappropriate. I can't say for sure what this person's intentions were, but the way these words were used deeply shocked me and made me feel disrespected, even discriminated against. Regarding the refund, the restaurant refused to take responsibility and referred me to Uber Eats. Yet, the cup wasn't even properly covered, which raises serious questions about the order's preparation and packaging. The delivery driver, for his part, seemed genuinely bothered by the situation. Meanwhile, the restaurant completely absolved itself of responsibility, blaming the platform or the delivery service, without trying to understand what had happened. Order problems can happen, but contempt for the customer, mockery, and a refusal to find a solution are unacceptable. The minimum expected of a manager is professionalism, listening to the complaint, and responding respectfully, even when a customer is dissatisfied. This experience deeply disappointed me. Between an order arriving in a deplorable state, a refused refund, and a humiliating phone call, I experienced absolutely no customer service. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this establishment. The quality of service isn't limited to what's in the bag; it's also measured by how people are treated when a problem arises. And on this point, this KFC clearly failed. Avoid it, at least for me. I won't be going back.
