05/04/2024: The Mermaid is going to change hands and that doesn't bode well.
Recent example, I am going to buy a slice of tropézienne tart for my little girl (the portion of tart has already been reduced by half). The cashier asks me: eat in or take away? I answer on the spot because we are going to have a coffee on the terrace. The lady tells me that the waiter will take my order with the drinks.
The takeaway price is displayed at 3.50, on the receipt on the terrace the price increases to 4.90. From now on I will buy takeaway and go for coffee at La Réserve.
02/04/2024: The prices indicated in the store are increased on the terrace without being informed??... Not a very commercial attitude, which is moreover misleading.

09/03/2024: I made a reservation by email at this restaurant to celebrate our 20 years of living together with my wife (it was a surprise) after rather positive feedback.
After receiving a reservation confirmation by email from the restaurant we enthusiastically hit the road for 130km to celebrate this event.
Arrived at destination, not a car in the parking lot, not a light in the restaurant!!!
We call the restaurant number, a person picks up and tells us with an ironic smile “well no, we are closed this evening”.
Thank you for ruining an important moment in our lives.
Lamentable.

30/03/2024: First lunch of the season on the terrace for us! A very nice discovery!
The Thai tartare is PERFECTLY seasoned, the fries are truly homemade, the welcome is discreet, professional and warm. (The coffee is delicious too.)

24/03/2024: Low quality Mercure. You just pay the location in Hyeres. It is noisy, low quality and small rooms.
I paid for a beer 10 euros. Nonsense.

28/03/2024: One of our favorite places in Hyeres. Every week we come for lunch there and we are never disappointed. The juices are a bit expensive but good quality and ultra fresh. The salads are inventive and delicious. The sandwiches are just as good.
28/03/2024: Excellent ! We took takeaway but we ate on site! The salad/Thai bowl was very good and the dessert too! It’s delicious and relatively filling! Highly recommended! There is a large exterior where you can eat mainly in the shade. The decor could be even more neat and the whole thing would be perfect 🤩!!!

28/03/2024: Impeccable welcome and service. Without reservation we were served quickly without waiting. We enjoyed the salads and burgers and especially the desserts👌 Everything is homemade, you can see the difference, it’s a GREAT! I really recommend!!!! Thanks to the V.I.PIZZ team!
25/03/2024: It's the best 👍🏽 Warm telephone reception and when I went down to pick up my pizzas the delivery man kindly told me that he would come up without any worries and I found that very helpful. Everyone liked the pizzas, garnished, beautiful and delicious.
🍕 We had the marinara, the honeyed goat cheese requested without ham, as well as the vegetarian which was, I emphasize, very well made with good au gratin vegetables and just by seeing it I knew we were going to enjoy it, These delicious products are a pleasure!
🔥 No one left any crust because the pizzas were cooked just right! +20 years that I have been eating pizzas in Hyères and I have seen them parade! Well I say that there is a need for traders such as V.i.Pizza in Hyères 👍🏽 I highly recommend and I hope they will be around for a long time to delight us!

Continuous service from morning to evening with a snack from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. then restaurant until 1 a.m.
Work has been done recently and the terraces are super pleasant
In short, I highly recommend
