I have a habit of always putting good comments.
But what a surprise to learn on D-9 that Homair Vacances ultimately cannot promise us our reservation at Prairies de la Mer and invites us to choose the nearby Homair campsite which does not have the same services at all.
Reason: work apparently forcing them to close their campsite.
Amazing!!!!!!
When you have booked this campsite since December, you don't expect this kind of call.
With the Olympics, this summer we only have one week of vacation and we wanted to please our children and offer them this week.
They are so disappointed and to see them like this it's just sad..
We are supposed to trust these big camping chains, they promise us a wonderful vacation.

You ruined our family vacation
04/04/2024: We have been at the campsite since Tuesday. When we arrived the water in the pool was 16 degrees and today (Thursday) the pool is still only 18 degrees! The water is so cold that you can't swim in it. Yesterday we were at a campsite (Les tournels) nearby. This also has a heated pool. The water there is over 24 degrees! Why is it possible to bring the pool to a comfortable temperature there and not here!? The beach is also unusable and has not yet been cleared of the huge amounts of smelly algae and garbage that the storm washed up. We booked the campsite specifically because of the beach and heated pool. Now we can't use either or only to a very limited extent. We are aware that no campsite will be perfect just a few days after opening, but if you advertise a heated pool and a great beach, both should be in the condition described and clean.

28/03/2024: What a wonderful find! Had seen it for years and never stopped as I thought it was just a pizza place, but it's not, great menu. Most of the clientele is French, the menu is great and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend it
24/03/2024: The best pizza around, live music, eat in or take out, friendly servers, very busy but served quick, varied selection on the menu from salads to hamburgers, steak, fish n chips and vegetarian options...there is a big outside dining area, 2 car parks

04/04/2024: Mcdonald's frankly outside the expected minimum. A wait that was really too long for a restaurant that was very, very sparsely filled, a wait accentuated by the lack of table service. An optional courtesy for the manager (neither hello nor a smile) and who also does not hesitate to go to the kitchen without hygiene equipment (Charlotte and apron), plus it is I believe obligatory to wash your hands after cashing out a customer before returning to the kitchen. In addition, there are no napkins (which is absolutely not dramatic if when we come to ask for them we are taken care of quickly) but the iced cheadar on the cheadar fries is clearly not the idea of the century.
Finally, we can barely hear anything in the restaurant with WiFi or 4G.

01/04/2024: Passing through the region, I stopped there quickly. Already HS terminal we cannot pay by credit card. I had to wait 20 minutes to pay at the cash register even though there were 0 customers. The menu arrived after another 20 minutes, there was a happy meal, the first time someone delivered me an empty box with only fries in it. They forgot the croque, I asked why it was empty, there was no more croque in stock but no one told me about it... in short, forgot the sandwich, the toy, the drinks, poor waitress who made 4 trips return to fill our tray for two menus... at 3:30 p.m. 🤣 (PS: sauce optional)
Dirty toilet, no paper, dirty table, I cleaned it myself. In short, a McDonald’s to avoid if possible 😅

03/04/2024: This is the first time I've posted a review for a McDonald's but now we have to do something because Callian's McDonald's is in decline! Catastrophic customer service, I am reporting a problem with a Mc Fleury whose ice cream does not look at all as it should, perhaps even dangerous for your health. After a few minutes a person who looks like a pseudo manager comes to tell me that it was me who let the ice melt and throws the ice away without replacing it and leaves without ever coming back. Honestly, in no McDonald’s in France it happens like that. So I ask if this lady is the manager and I get no answer. What is management doing? Don't you see that there is a major problem in your McDonald's?

29/03/2024: I was a customer yesterday at McDonald's, I find it unacceptable to see a fight in the presence of my children. The employees held a customer while another employee beat him up. Shameful, pathetic, unacceptable, I don't understand why people separated them and came to help him.

04/04/2024: The manager Clara would do well to question herself about the management of her team.
Drive-through internet ordering. I pay for cheddar fries but they are out of them and Clara refuses to reimburse me.
I arrived home and there were no 9 nuggets for my daughter, my orange juice was bathed in my cheese which also had no onions.
A real scam!
01/04/2024: Go on your way! Arrivals Saturday evening at 10:30 p.m. refused because closing at 11 p.m.!!! Very disagreeable !
