27/01/2025: Unacceptable! Person taking my order at the drive-thru, unpleasant, no professionalism! You should review your skills in terms of quality of work and customer service.
A young woman who speaks very sharply because it clearly annoys her to repeat an order in which I made a mistake.

26/01/2025: I don't come often but in the space of a month, 1 order where half was missing, and today, the 9 nuggets turned into 6, and the big mac was a cheeseburger, that's fine Mac do level order tracking? We wait 30 minutes, we pay for 2 menus, and when we arrive home, it's the wrong Burger, not the right number of nuggets.

Super long because they take our order and manage to forget to prepare it.
Go today the loyalty card doesn't work and they think that fries are the same as potetoes
01/01/2025: What can I say... apparently dirty restaurant, the terminals almost all defective, 13€ a box of 20 nuggets with in reality 18 (but that's a detail)!! Mc extreme...even ridiculous (and of course without the bacon otherwise it would be too good), and cold fries bathed in a cold cheddar sauce and a pile of cold bacon also on top, all without a fork (practical when you take away!!) and the drink with more ice cubes than liquid!! It's hard to do worse!!

08/09/2024: I think it's really time to expand or permanently close this MCDo, what's going on honestly?? Drive closed with ribbons, you have been overwhelmed every weekend since the opening of this fast food restaurant and nothing has changed, it's sad, you always have to check the orders because products are missing every other time, if you can't find competent people, it's high time for you to close your business, there will surely be other more competent brands to take up the torch.
Result of this evening direction Auxerre to go to the competition.

08/09/2024: Fries were very bad, cold and limp, I think this is due to the new method of serving, hard packaging that causes the moisture to hit the hard sides.
I question the cleanliness, the floor was just greasy and slippery.

In short, when you are asked to do your job you are asked to do it well, that's the basis. Tired of being constantly lousy on the highway in terms of service, quantity and quality. If no one ever says anything it will never change!

16/09/2024: Terrible restaurant? Clearly yes, nothing is clean, I said to myself, let's order this evening, the result was a beautiful little beast in my fries (I didn't put the latter just for the buzz, I have other things to do) I hope to have a refund tomorrow, or I will go directly to the head office, I don't know, I will see with reception tomorrow.
Personally it's over there, I ask for a refund and then ciao. In all this I strongly advise against this fast food.

Being insulted because you order a coffee and because you refuse to drink alcohol is still a strange atmosphere...
The manager with the beard is not welcoming at all
I advise you to go right next door there are much better bars

27/08/2024: Uber Eats order: So yes I’m going to do the Italian cliché but… it really wasn’t good. The pasta was way overcooked, the sauces were sweet and the panini was bland. Not great when we offer Italian cuisine, not knowing how to cook pasta and sweetening the sauces to remove the bitterness
