13/04/2026: Quite scandalous. It's advertised as being open until 1am, but already closed at 00:15... we made a big detour to come and eat, I should have read the previous reviews more carefully and trusted them.
12/04/2026: I arrived at the McDonald's drive-thru in Plaisir at 12:37 a.m., even though closing time is clearly indicated at 1:00 a.m. (app, website, and signage in-store). Despite this, they simply refused to serve me.
But the most shocking thing was the staff's attitude: they accused me of having opened the drive-thru barrier myself. An absurd and completely inappropriate accusation.
Refusing a customer before closing time is already problematic. Accusing this customer falsely is downright unacceptable.
If you can't provide service until the advertised time, update your hours. And above all, train your staff in a minimum of professionalism and respect.
Very bad experience.

19/09/2024: Place is nice to eat quickly Too bad the queue is so long especially between midday so you have to wait around Between fifteen and twenty-one minutes sometimes to be served it's a shame for an empire catering service I still recommend because the quality is the hygienic conditions are present
17/09/2024: I would like to congratulate Burger King for having such an exceptional employee like Clarisse. My experience at this restaurant was simply incredible thanks to its exemplary service. Clarisse demonstrated remarkable professionalism: smiling, attentive, and extremely efficient, she knew how to make this moment most pleasant. Every detail was taken into account with great attention, and his kindness truly brightened my day. Thanks to people like Clarisse, we always want to come back to Burger King. A big thank you to her for her excellent work, she is a real asset to the team!

09/10/2024: C est franchement du vol, demander un chocolat chaud et une vienoiserie. En pensant que c etait un menu... ben non je paye plein pot et la caissière me dit tant que le client ne dit pas menu on fait plein pot!!!!! Voleur !!!

Seul le jus d’orange Andros est bon.
Pain au chocolat et croissant = carton pâte !
Café médiocre.

Manque de personnel : longue queue
Bref mais que fait Aéroports de Paris pour autoriser une telle concession. Il y a quand même des enseignes plus qualitatives en France. D’abord pour les usagers et ensuite pour l’image d’Aéroports de Paris.

12/09/2024: I am very disappointed with the service. I ordered a long coffee and there were 2 bartenders. I don't know what they are doing for a long coffee that took almost 10 minutes. if I hadn't asked for my coffee it could have taken over 10 minutes.
